Study On The Clinical Characteristics Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Patients With J Wave

Objective: To explore whether there are certain population characteristics of Dilated Cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients with J wave electrocardiogram,the characteristics of J wave and the relations between J wave and ventricular tachyarrhythmias(VTAs).Methods: The clinical data of 44 DCM patients with ECG accompanied with J wave and 88 DCM patients without J wave admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university from May 2014 to August 2019 were selected,who were labeled as study group and control group respectively for retrospective study.Results: There are no particular population characteristics of DCM patients with J wave such as age,Body Mass Index(BMI),gender,history of syncope,smoking,drinking,onset age,diagnosis time,NYHA functional class,B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP),potassium,calcium,body temperature,ejection fraction,left anterior posterior diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,right atrial transverse diameter,right ventricular anteroposterior diameter(P > 0.05).In the subgroup analysis of J wave,it has confirmed VTAs has significant difference with the numberof J wave lead(P = 0.016).However,there was no significant difference between the combination of VTAs and J wave lead position(anterior wall,inferior wall,lateral wall)and J wave morphology(stop,notch,elevation).Conclusion: Compared with DCM patients without J wave,DCM patients with J wave had no obvious population characteristics,but subgroup analysis showed that J wave distributed in leads was more likely to be associated with VTAs,suggesting that multi-lead J wave could be used as a predictor of VTAs.
