| Objective:To analyse the diefference of ECG between ischemic cardiomyopathy anddilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:To collect the clinical data、 ECG data andhyperacoustic datd of the pationts who were in hospital between the year of2008to2011on account of distensible heart and heart failure in the first auxiliary hospital of xinjiangmedical university.The pationts all had been given the CAG（Coronal ArteryAngiography）and were diagnosed ICM or DCM explicitly.We analyse the clinical data,theamplitude of R wave on these leads of RⅠ、RⅡ、RⅢ、Rv5、Rv6、Rv5+Sv1,the value ofRv6/Rmax(Rmaxis the biggest amplitude of RⅠ、RⅡ、RⅢ) and Rv6/RⅢ，the incidence ofpathologic Q wave,the incidence of fragmented QRS complex,the change of ST-T,situation of a variety of arrhythmia.And to find the difference of these data between thetwo groups.Results:We find the age、attack rate of chest pain or myocardial infarction inpast time、situation of merging with diabetes or hyperlipaemia、the value of Rv6/RmaxandRv6/RⅢ、the incidence of pathologic Q wave and the change of ST-T all have difference onstatistics between the two group patients（P＜0.05）.But the the incidence of fragmentedQRS complex、the sum of the amplitude of R wave on V5lead and the amplitude of Swave on V1lead and the situation of a variety of arrhythmia do not have differencebetween the two group patients. Conclusion: The radio of3or less which is between theamplitude of R wave on lead V6and the max amplitude of R wave on leadⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ isusefull for diagnosing the DCM；The radio of5or less which is between the amplitude ofR wave on lead V6and the amplitude of R wave on lead Ⅲ is also usefull for diagnosingthe DCM. But the pathologic Q wave or the change of ST-T （especially ST segment lowerwith or without inverted T wave） appeared on the ECG are significant to diagnose theICM.And on clinical symptoms,who are older、had chest pain or myocardial infarction inpast time、situation of merging with diabetes or hyperlipaemia,may have much moer possibility of ICM. |
