Purpose:The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of different surface treatments and resin cement types on the shear bond strength of CAD / CAM ceramic materials, and the effects of aging on them.Method:Processing 90 pieces of Vita Enamic composite ceramics and IPS e.max CAD lithium disilicate glass ceramic 10mmx10mmx2 mm ceramic specimens.IPS e.max CAD was randomly divided into 3 groups according to different surface treatments(n = 30: Group A: Control No treatment;group B: alumina blasting group;group C: silicon coating group;Vita Enamic composite ceramics are divided into D control group,E alumina blasting group, and F silicon coating group according to the above steps..Randomly select 6 test pieces from 6 groups to measure the surface roughness.According to the type of resin cement used, each component is divided into 2 subgroups(n = 12): LP(light curing)group and DP(dual curing)group.Bonding.After full light, the bonded test pieces were further divided into two groups(n = 6)according to the storage conditions.Half of the test pieces were stored in 37 ° C distilled water for 24 hours(C),and the other half was stored in a cold and hot cycle machine(5 ? and 55 ? hot and cold water)5000 cold and heat cycles(TC).Test the shear strength value of each test piece on a universal testing machine, and then observe the fracture mode and surface morphology under an electron microscope.Use SPSS 22.0 software The results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and multiple comparisons.Result:1.Surface roughness test resultsSurface treatment changed the surface morphology of two CAD / CAM ceramic materials.According to two-factor analysis of variance(material type and surface treatment),it was found that the material type and surface treatment method had a significant effect on its surface roughness(p <0.001).A pairwise comparison between different surface treatments of the same material found that there was a significant difference between the sandblasted and silicon coating and the control group(p <0.001),but the comparison between the sandblasted and silicon coating was not statistically significant(p> 0.05).2.Shear strength test resultsThe lowest shear strength is the IPS e.max CAD glass-ceramic group without any surface treatment, and the difference between the blasting group and the silicon coating group is statistically significant(p <0.05).The groups all obtained higher shear strength, and the bond strength of the sandblasting + double-curing resin cement group was the highest, which was significantly different from the silicon coating + double-curing resin cement group(p <0.05).The Vita Enamic ceramic group without surface treatment had the lowest adhesion strength, which was significantly different from the sandblasting group and the silicon coating group(p <0.05).The silicon coating + photocuring resin cement group had the highest bonding strength. There was a significant difference with the sandblasting + light-curing resin cement group(p <0.05).3.Observation of fracture mode and surface morphologyThe fracture surface mode of each group was mainly adhesive failure,of which the control group had the largest number and less cohesive failure. All groups experienced more mixed damage after aging, and the double-cured resin cement group had the most obvious composite damage. The surface morphology of each group was observed under scanning electron microscope at 500 x and 1000 x,respectively. Both types of ceramics showed uneven depressions and cracks on the surface of the sandblasted and siliconcoated groups. The surface of IPS e.max CAD after sandblasting and silicon coating is slightly flatter than Vita Enamic. The surface of Vita Enamic after sandblasting is more irregular than that of the silicon coating group, and the IPS e.max after silicon coating is The surface irregularities of CAD increased compared with the blasting group.Conclusion:1.The surface treatment and the type of resin cement have a certain effect on the surface roughness and bonding strength of CAD / CAM ceramic materials, and aging affects the bonding strength..2.Sand blasting and silicon coating can improve the bonding strength between the surface roughness of CAD / CAM ceramic materials and the resin, and the surface roughness and the bonding strength have a positive correlation.3.Different surface treatments combined with different types of resin cement can improve the bonding strength of CAD / CAM ceramic materials.Sandblasting and double curing resin cement can make IPS e.max CAD glass ceramics have higher bonding strength.Silicon coating Layers and light-cured resin water gates give Vita Enamic composite ceramics a higher bond strength.
