Research purpose:With the increasing aging of society,the neuropsychiatric diseases related to cognitive and emotional disorders caused by aging have increased,which has brought an unbearable medical burden and economic pressure on society and families.This study conducted a16-week intervention on the elderly through three different intervention methods: Physical Exercises function group,Computer Exercises group and Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group.Intervention and improvement of cognitive and affective functions,to find effective ways to improve the cognitive and affective functions of the elderly and effective intervention duration.Research methods:This study uses a randomized controlled trial.In the experiment,80 subjects were included in the exclusion criteria,and the subjects were randomly divided into four groups: Control group(Control 20 people);Physical Exercises function group(PE 20 people);Computer Exercises group(CE 20 people);Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group(PECE 20 people).Test their cognitive function,emotional function,and quality of life before training,8 weeks after training,and 16 weeks after training.Results of the study In the Physical Exercises function group,the simple response time of the elderly's cognitive function was significantly improved after 16 weeks of training compared with pre-training(P = 0.006 <0.05);it was significantly improved between training for eight weeks and pre-training(P = 0.000 <0.05).In the Computer Exercises group,the cognitive function of the elderly was significantly improved between after eight weeks of training compared to pre-training(P = 0.001 <0.05).After 16-weeks of training compared with pre-training.it got More significant improvement(P = 0.000 <0.05).In the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group,the simple response of the elderly in cognitive function was significantly improved between the pre-training and16-weeks of training(P = 0.035 <0.05);The spatial memory of function was significantly improved between the pre-training period and 16-weeks of training(P = 0.000 <0.05),and it was significantly improved between 8-week training compared to 16-week training(P =0.001 <0.05).There was a significant increase in attention training compared with16-weeks training and pre-training(P = 0.009 <0.05);self-esteem training in emotional function improved significantly between 8-weeks training and 16 weeks training(P =0.022 <0.05);anxiety in emotional function was a significant decrease between the pre-training compared to 16-weeks training(P = 0.039 <0.05);in terms of quality of life,there was a significant improvement in the pre-training and 16 weeks of training(P =0.006 <0.05),it was a significant increase between 8-weeks training and 16-weeks training(P = 0.003 <0.05).In the control group,there was no significant change in the comparison.After 8 weeks of the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group,compared with the Physical Exercises function group,subjects with Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group will have a significant increase in spatial memory span(P = 0.029 < 0.05),the completion time of the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group's subjects will significantly reduce the completion time of the Trail A test(P = 0.025 <0.05).Self-esteem score will be significantly improved(P = 0.001 <0.05);Compared with the Computer Exercises group,the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group's The self-esteem score of the testees will be significantly improved(P = 0.025 <0.05).Compared with the Computer Exercises group,the physical anxiety test scores of the subjects in the Physical Exercises function group are significantly higher(P = 0.015 <0.05).After 16 weeks of the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group,compared with the Physical Exercises function group,the Computer Exercises group,and the Control group,the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group's subject was a significant reduction in the time of the Trail A test(P = 0.01 <0.05;P =0.013 <0.05;P = 0.001 <0.05);Compare the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group to the Physical Exercises function group,the Control group,the subjects with the Physical Exercises function group significantly increased the spatial memory span(P = 0.004 <0.05;P = 0.02 <0.05);The Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group Compared with the Control group,the self-esteem scores of subjects with the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group improved significantly(P= 0.009 <0.05).The degree of anxiety of the test subjects decreased significantly(P =0.036 <0.05).In summary,it can be concluded that under the conditions of this experiment,after 16 weeks of the Physical Exercise combined with Computer Exercises group,it has the greatest impact on the response speed,concentration,memory ability of the elderly's cognitive function,and anxiety of emotional function.Conclusion of the study:(1)Comprehensive body function exercises can improve the response speed and attention of the elderly;computer-assisted cognitive training can improve the attention of the elderly;comprehensive body function training combined with computer-assisted cognitive training can improve the elderly's cognitive function Emotional function and quality of life;(2)The three kinds of training can improve the different functions of the elderly in terms of cognition,emotional function and quality of life.The longer the training time,the greater the effect;(3)Comparing the three different training methods,16 weeks of comprehensive body function exercises combined with computer-assisted cognitive training will fare better.
