Research purpose:Movement observation and functional electrical stimulation are relatively simple, limited by the site environment, and relatively low requirements for treatment equipment and equipment. The purpose of this experiment is to find a more effective way to help the functional recovery of the upper limbs of cerebrovascular accident patients, and to explore the practical role of action observation and functional electrical stimulation in the rehabilitation treatment of cerebrovascular accident patients.Research methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,40 patients with cerebrovascular accident who were treated in rehabilitation center of Beijing elderly hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation treatment on the basis of drug treatment, including exercise therapy operation function training, acupuncture, physical factors and other routine rehabilitation treatment. In the experimental group, movement observation training was added on the basis of functional electrical stimulation, while in the control group, only functional electrical stimulation was used. Before and 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the same therapist evaluated the active reflexion of wrist joint, simplified the upper limb part of Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation scale, simple upper limb function evaluation and daily living ability(MBI).Results:1.Active dorsiflexion angle of wrist joint: after two weeks of treatment, the active dorsiflexion angle of wrist joint in both the control group and the experimental group was effectively improved(p<0.05),and there was no difference between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups was still significantly improved compared with that in the second week(p<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group Group A(p<0.05).2.Simplified Fugl Meyer motor function evaluation scale upper limb part score: after two weeks of treatment, both the control group and the experimental group effectively improved the score(p<0.05),and there was no difference between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups was still significantly improved compared with that of the second week(p<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups Difference(p>0.05).3.Simple upper limb function evaluation score: after two weeks of treatment, the scores of the control group and the experimental group were effectively increased(p<0.05),and there was no difference between the control group and the experimental group(p<0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups was still significantly improved compared with the treatment effect of the second week(p<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).4.MBI score: after two weeks of treatment, both the control group and the experimental group effectively improved the score(p<0.05),and there was no difference between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the treatment effect of the control group was not significantly higher than that of the second week(p<0.05),while the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly improved(p<0.05),but between the two groups There was no significant difference(p<0.05).?Conclusion:1.Action observation combined with functional electrical stimulation is an effective method to help patients with cerebrovascular accident recover upper limb function.2.Action observation combined with functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the wrist dorsiflexion angle of cerebrovascular accident patients, and the improvement effect will be more significant with the increase of treatment time.3.Action observation combined with functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the score of simple upper limb function in patients with cerebrovascular accident, and the improvement effect will be more significant with the increase of treatment time.4.Action observation combined with functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the upper extremity score of the simplified Fugl Meyer motor function evaluation scale of cerebrovascular accident patients.5.Action observation combined with functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the score of daily living ability(MBI)in patients with cerebrovascular accident.
