Clinical Study On The Experience About Professor Chen Meihua, A Famous Doctor Of TCM In The Treatment Of Palpitation(Arrhythmia)

Objective:In this study,the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Assisting System" was used to analyze Professor Chen Meihua's medication rules for the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia),and to summarize his clinical experience in the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia),in order to better explore Provide inheritance and reference for inheriting the clinical thoughts and academic experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.Method:Collect 103 cases of Professor Chen Meihua from January 2019 to January 2020 in the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia),organize the data,and then enter the "Chinese Medicine Heritage Assistance Platform(V2.5)" to establish a "medical case database" And "prescription database",Perform information statistics,symptom analysis,prescription analysis and clustering on relevant patient symptoms,syndromes,and traditional Chinese medicine data in the established database,and then discover potential core combinations and form a new prescription to summarize Professor Chen Meihua Syndrome differentiation and medication rules for the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia),explore its diagnosis and treatment experience and academic thoughts in palpitations(arrhythmia).Results:1.According to statistical results,in the database established this time,female patients with arrhythmia were slightly higher than males,the ratio of male to female was 1:1.24,and in the age of onset,the majority were middle-aged and elderly.2.In terms of syndromes involved,the number of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis was the most.3.Among the clinical symptoms counted in this study,the most prominent clinical manifestations are palpitation,dizziness,chest tightness,upset and insomnia.4.In the research,there were 131 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines involved.The four qis were mostly calming and warming medicines.The five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter.Mainly;statistics show that the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in the prescription for the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia)were licorice,scallion,astragalus,turmeric,atractylodes,and jujube kernels.Licorice,scallion,turmeric,etc.At the same time,14 core combinations with possible associations were obtained through the drug core combinations of complex system entropy clustering,and 7 potential new parties were extracted from them.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Meihua commonly used drugs in the treatment of palpitations(arrhythmia)include licorice,scallion,astragalus,turmeric,atractylodes,jujube seed,chicken inner gold,Baiziren,radix ginseng,salvia,etc.,mainly including tonic and blood Blood stasis and tranquilizer drugs.2.Professor Chen Meihua believes that heart palpitations are related to the five internal organs,and follow the theory that the heart is the main subject and the five internal organs in the treatment of differentiation.3.Professor Chen Meihua's syndrome differentiation was mainly based on Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The treatment methods of differentiation and treatment mainly use five methods of nourishing the heart and calming the mind,nourishing the lung andspleen,soothing the liver and regulating qi,phlegm and blood stasis,and nourishing the kidney and yin.
