Clinical Observation Of Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules In The Treatment Of CVA Syndrome Of Wind-Evil Attaching To Lung And Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney

Objective:This subject further evaluates the clinical efficacy of Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules in treating cough variant asthma and explores its mechanism by observing the effects of Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules on EOS,serum cortisol and PEF diurnal variation rate,FEV1%pred,cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score of patients with cough variant asthma with syndrome of wind-evil attaching to lung and deficiency of lung and kidney.Methods:A total of 60 cases of cough variant asthma patients with syndrome of wind-evil attaching to lung and deficiency of lung and kidney were collected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group according to a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xinbikedubao inhalant(budesonide 160ug/formoterol 4.5ug),and the treatment group was treated with Baqixin Qufeng Zhike Granules.The peripheral blood EOS,serum cortisol level,PEF diurnal variability and FEV1%pred,cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment in a 4-week course of treatment.SPSS23.0 was used to integrate the data and analyze and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:Among the 60 patients with CVA collected in this study,there were 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.there was no statistical difference in gender,age and course of disease among the groups(P>0.05).The difference of FEV1%pred,PEF diurnal variation rate and peripheral blood EOS between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The comparison within groups of serum cortisol was carried out before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison among groups of serum cortisol differences was carried out before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough scores were compared before treatment,one week after treatment,two weeks after treatment within groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough score differences were compared two weeks after treatment and before treatment among groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The comparison within groups of TCM syndrome score was carried out before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison among groups of TCM syndrome score differences was carried out before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical curative effects of TCM(P>0.05),but the significant efficiency of the control group was 80%,that of the treatment group was 96.6%,and that of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Relevant safety indexes before and after treatment were normal in both groups,and no liver and kidney dysfunction and other obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:1.Baqixin Qufeng Zhiyang Zhike Granules have similar effects to Xinbidoubao in improving lung function and eosinophil count in peripheral blood of patients,relieving airway inflammation,improving clinical symptoms,it has definite curative effect.2.Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules can improve the serum cortisol level of CVA patients to a certain extent.3.After 4 weeks of treatment respectively with Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules and Xinbikedubao Inhalation,both drugs can obviously improve the cough symptoms of CVA patients with syndrome of wind-evil attaching to lung and deficiency of lung and kidney in the early stage of treatment.For other TCM symptoms including cough,such as dry throat,itching pharynx,short breath,mental fatigue,aversion to cold and limb cold,soreness of waist and knees,the improvement degree of Baqixin Qufeng Chuyang Zhike Granules on the overall TCM symptoms is better than that of western medicine Xinbikebao Inhalation.
