Objective:To explore the occurrence of anemia and the influencing factors of anemia in premature infants with gestational age less than 34 weeks, and to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of anemia in premature infants. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the data of premature infants with gestational age less than 34 weeks at birth in the neonatal department of Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University between january 2017 and december 2018.All preterm infants included in this study were studied by two age groups(age <7 days, age ?7 days),according to the different diagnostic criteria of anemia, the premature infants of two age groups were divided into anemia group and non-poor blood group,by single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis, the anemia and influencing factors of premature infants with gestational age less than 34 weeks in our hospital were determined.Results:1.Between 2017 and 2018,184 premature infants aged less than 34 weeks were admitted.a total of 156 premature infants were included in this study according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the proportion of children in age <7 days stage anemia group was 56.4%(88/156),and that in age ?7 days stage anemia group was 81.4%(127/156).2.The age <7 days stage, multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that maternal age, birth gestational age, basic hemoglobin, iatrogenic blood loss within 7 days of birth were independent factors affecting anemia in premature infants(OR=0.905,P=0.028;OR=0.623,P=0.006;OR=0.915,P=0.000;OR=1.326,P=0.000).3.The age ?7 days stage, multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that birth weight, basic hemoglobin and iatrogenic blood loss within 7 days of birth were independent influencing factors of anemia in preterm infants(OR=0.997,P=0.000;OR=0.972,P=0.043;OR=1.141,P=0.016).Conclusion:1.The incidence of anemia in hospitalized premature infants with gestational age less than 34 weeks between 2017 and 2018 in our hospital is high, and the proportion of anemia in premature infants ?7 days of age is higher than that in premature infants <7 days of age.2.Early maternal age,low birth gestational age,low basal hemoglobin value and large iatrogenic blood loss within 7 days of birth are independent risk factors for anemia in premature infants aged less than 34 weeks <7 days.3.Low birth weight, low basic hemoglobin value and high iatrogenic blood loss within 7 days of birth are independent risk factors for anemia in premature infants aged less than 34 weeks ?7 days.
