OBJECTIVEThis article is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine theory of "the surface of the lung and large intestine" and the "gut-lung" axis theory,To observe the effectiveness of rehabilitation sputum removal and castor oil laxative treatment to prevent ambulatory complications of pneumonia after connoisseurs injury and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors, and to explore its mechanism of action.Analysis of risk factors provides a certain clinical basis for the clinical prevention of connoisseurs injury complications.METHODSThis topic selected the shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 to be admitted to our hospital rehabilitation medicine department after the combination of constipation without pneumonia patients,The patients were randomly divide into a control group and a study group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated in regular sputum rehabilitation. The research group was involved in castor oil medicine laxative treatment on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of treatment If pneumonia occurs during hospitalization, stop observation.Improve blood, biochemical, and chest imaging(CT or X-ray)examinations,compare the incidence of pneumonia and changes in inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment, and analyze the related factors of complications of pneumonia in the two groups.RESULT1.There were no significant differences between the Patients in control and study groups in terms of gender, age,GCS score, time of first antibiotic exposure, and main clinical data.2.The incidence of pneumonia in patients in the study group after traumatic brain injury was 5.00%,and the incidence of pneumonia in patients in the control group was18.33%.There was a significant difference in the incidence of pneumonia between the two groups(P<0.05);3.The inflammatory and anti-inflammatory indexes of the patients in control and study groups of patients before the experiment: WBC,NEU,PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 values and other indicators have no significant difference(P>0.05).);After 14 days of treatment, compared with the group before treatment: WBC,CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 values were statistically significant(P<0.05),N,PCT values were not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the counts of WBC,NEU,PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-8,and IL-10 in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after 14 days of treatment: WBC,NEU,PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 value counts and other indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the study group was more significant than the control group in reducing various inflammations and increasing anti-inflammatory indexes;4.Calculated by Logistic regression model, found that age ? 60 years, smoking history,COPD,GCS score ? 8 points, secondary surgery, deep vein catheterization, tracheotomy status,NRS-2002 score ?3 is brain injury Independent Factors Related to Complications of Pneumonia in Posterior Bed Patients. The serum albumin <35g / L and the indwelling urinary catheter had a P value of> 0.05,which indicates that the difference between these factors is not statistically significant, but their OR values suggest that these factors may be in bedridden patients after head injury Promoting factors for pneumonia. The treatment of phlegm and castor oil is a protective factor for pneumonia.CONCLISIONThe study group had better control of pneumonia than the control group after connoisseurs injury, and the difference was statistically significant after statistical treatment. It shows that conventional rehabilitation and sputum removal combined with laxative treatment has certain effects on pneumonia after connoisseurs injury. At the same time,it validates the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine "the surface of the lung and large intestine" and the value of the "gut-lung" axis.At the same time, the occurrence of postoperative complications of pneumonia after connoisseurs injury is the result of multiple factors.
