Regression Analysis Of Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Laser Therapy For Infant Hemangiomas

With the development of China's economy,the general public's demand for health care and other fields has been gradually becoming more diversified.At the same time,due to the continuous reform of the medical system,the medical service industry has ushered in a multi-level and comprehensive coordinated development.However,how to meet the medical service needs of the people,improve the service quality of the medical industry,improve the satisfaction of patients,and accelerate the opening of the medical service market is the core of the current competitive strategy of the medical service industry.Therefore,the focus of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of family members of infantile hemangioma patients in the laser center of S hospital,and to study the main factors affecting patient satisfaction through empirical analysis,so as to provide some application Suggestions and practical strategies for improving the satisfaction of infantile hemangioma patients treated by laser in S hospital.Based on a series of theoretical research results such as medical service,patient satisfaction and its measurement method,this study firstly analyzes and summarizes the relevant factors affecting patient satisfaction.Then,on this basis,a satisfaction scale suitable for outpatients in the laser center is designed,questions combined with the characteristics of laser treatment of infantile hemangiomas are addressed,and the data on the satisfaction of family members of laser treatment of hemangioma infants at the laser center of S Hospital is collected through a questionnaire.Finally,SPSS 25.0statistical software is used to analyze the collected questionnaire data,and the independent sample T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to extract the main influencing factors on satisfaction.In the regression analysis of the satisfaction of laser treatment of infant hemangioma in S Hospital,this study finds that:(1)the age,educational level of the patient's family and the number of visits of the infant will have an impact on the treatment satisfaction.The older the age,the lower the education level,the more frequent visits of infants,the lower the level of satisfaction;(2)there is no significant difference in the impact of the relationship between family members and patients,gender of family members,and family income level on satisfaction.Correlation analysis and regression analysis indicates that:(1)the image of the hospital and the medicalenvironment have no significant effect on the satisfaction of laser treatment of infant hemangioma;(2)value expectation,value perception,auxiliary services,medical services and medical equipment have significant influence on satisfaction,among which the impact of value expectations is negative,which is different from others;(3)medical services and medical equipment have the greatest influence on satisfaction.According to the research results,this study believes that patient's satisfaction in this treatment process can be improved by increasing the transparency of medical fees,improving the professional level of medical staff,enhancing doctor-patient communication,and strengthening equipment management and other methods.
