Objective: To evaluate the value of spectral doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional power doppler ultrasound in evaluating placental function in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:160 cases pregnant women with gestational age of 30-42 weeks were selected.90 cases of them were in HDCP group(18 cases with severe preeclampsia and 72 cases with mild preeclampsia)and 70 cases healthy pregnant women were chosen as control group.Umbilical artery blood flow parameters(systolic/diastolic S/D,resistance index RI,pulsatile index PI)?middle cerebral artery parameters of all fetuses and maternal uterine artery blood flow parameters were measured by spectral Doppler ultrasound.Three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound were used to monitor placental villus blood flow.Placental blood flow energy perfusion parameters(Vascularization index VI,flow index FI,vascularization index flow VFI)were collected.Results:(1)Umbilical blood flow parameters(S/D,RI,PI)in HDCP groups were increased, severe preeclampsia group than those in control group(P<0.05);(2)The blood flow parameters of middle cerebral artery(S/D,RI,PI)in HDCP groups were slightly lower than those in control group(P>0.05),but with gestational weeks had significantly(P<0.05);(3)Maternal uterine artery blood flow parameters(S/D,RI,PI)in HDCP groups were significantly increased than those in control group(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group, the three-dimensional energy placental perfusion parameters(VI,FI,VFI)in HDCP groups were significantly reduced than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The parameters of blood flow and placental perfusion collected by spectral Doppler and three-dimensional energy ultrasound are shown great potential in evaluating placental function in HDCP patients, provided important ultrasonic basis for prenatal evaluation of placental function. |
