Research On Monitoring And Management In Wencheng Adverse Drug Reaction

Because of Drug's duality and difference to human body,it may lead to harmful reactions unrelated to the purpose of medication.Adverse Drug Reaction monitoring is a process of collecting,evaluating,controlling and feeding back these adverse reactions.In the 1950 s,"Diethylstilbestrol and vaginal cancer event" and " Thalidomide crisis" are world-famous.In recent years,the event of "exigent withdrawal of houttuynia cordata injection" and "methotrexate event" were shocked the whole country and aroused great attention.In these drug damage events,Adverse drug reaction monitoring plays a vital role.Monitoring and management of adverse drug reactions at the grass-roots level is an important indicator to measure the level of Adverse drug reaction monitoring in China.From the perspective of government management,it is worth discussing how to take effective measures to improve the monitoring and management level and ensure the drug safety.The research methods such as literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire investigation method are used in the study.It taking Wencheng as an example,taking the Adverse drug reactions monitoring data and corresponding management situation of the county from 2014 to 2018 as the core content,this study compares the monitoring and management levels under different monitoring and management conditions,and studies the problems existing in the monitoring and management within five years.With the continuous improvement of monitoring network,system construction and propaganda training in Wencheng,the level of monitoring management has been improved.However,there are still some problems,such as the low quantity and quality of reports,the unclear main channel of reports,the low rate of public participation,the imperfect monitoring laws and regulations,and the imperfect monitoring system.The study found that the main reasons for restricting the smooth development of monitoring management were the imperfect monitoring institutions,lack of responsibility constraints on reporting units,insufficient publicity andtraining,low public awareness,poor doctor-patient relationship and cumbersome reporting procedures.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions were sorted out to provide reference for the optimization of Adverse drug reactions monitoring and management in Wencheng.Results:The monitoring and management of Adverse drug reaction in Wencheng started relatively late.We should improve the management level of Adverse drug reactions monitoring at the grass-roots level by improving the establishment of monitoring institutions,supporting system construction,strengthening the management of reporting units,enhancing public awareness and participating in supervision.
