Objective:Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic balloon nasobiliary biliary drainage(LBNBD)with ureteral catheter drainage(UTD)after the small diameter choledocholithotomy(0.3-0.8 cm).To study which drainage method has better clinical practical value. Methods:During the period of Aug 2016 to Aug 2018 130 cases were enrolled including 65 cases receiving LBNBD and 65 cases using UTD.Results:Between the two groups,Bile drainage differences liver function, bilirubin, blood amylase and during the postoperative first 3 days were not statistically different(P>0.05).Between the two groups,LBNBD was superior to ureteral catheter drainage in all the following parameters:treatment expense fixed time of drainage tube, postoperativegastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay(P<0.05).In addition to the operation time of the LBNBD group, all theother indicators had obvious advantages(P<0.05).Conclusions: LBNBD can significantly reduce gastrointestinal stimulation and promote early recovery of intestinal function.LBNBD can shorten hospitalization time, intestinal recovery time and reduce treatment cost.LBNBD has better clinical value than UTD.
