Objective To detect the levels of plasma coagulation factor ?? in patients with hematological disease when thrombocytopenia was examined, and explore the relationship between plasma F?? concentration and bleeding events. Methods A total of 136 patients with hematologic diseases who were hospitalized in First Hospital of Lanzhou University from August 2017 to March 2018were examined with platelets<50×10~9/L and without conspicuous abnormalities in blood coagulation screening were selected. And 35 cases of Non-hematologic patients with normal platelet levels as normal controls were selected.Plasma F?? concentrations were measured by ELISA,was grouped by the F?? concentration levels, stratified according to platelet levels, bleeding severity was graded, and statistical analysis was performed between groups. Results The levels of F?? in patients with hematologic diseases who had thrombocytopenia(<50×10~9/L)were significantly lower than that in controls(P<0.001);there was no difference in the concentration of F?? in patients with different platelet levels(P>0.05),that is,there was no significant correlation between the concentration of F?? and number of platelet. The levels of F?? were inversely related to bleeding severity. When the diagnosis cut-off point of F?? concentration was 99.31 ng/ml,the sensitivity of diagnosing bleeding in patients with hematologic diseases and platelets<50×10~9/L was 0.956,and the specificity was 0.913.Conclusion Patients with hematologic diseases and thrombocytopenia have low levels of plasma factor ??,which showed no significant correlation to the platelets levels.F?? has high sensitivity and high specificity for judging hemorrhage in patients with hematological disease and platelets<50×10~9/L,and patients with lower plasma factor ?? associate with higher incidence and severity of bleeding. The F?? is one of the independent influencing factors of bleeding when platelets are reduced.
