Objective: To determine the coagulation factors, coagulation, fibrinolysis and liver function levels in different degrees of CMS patients and healthy people in Qinghai area, and to clarify the correlation among clotting factor, coagulation, fibrinolysis and liver function in CMS patients. The diagnosis and intervention of coagulation status provide new ideas. Methods: 40 male patients admitted to Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital were diagnosed as CMS.The severity of CMS group was graded according to CMS Qinghai scoring method;42 healthy males were selected from the physical examination center of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University;all subjects were selected.Fasting cubital venous blood, blood function, coagulation function and biochemical analyzer were used to determine blood routine, coagulation factor, coagulation and liver function.Results:(1)FII was negatively correlated with PT(P<0.05);FVIII was positively correlated with DD(P<0.05);CMS scores were positively correlated with LDH,RBC,and Hb(P<0.05).(2)The levels of RBC and Hb in the CMS group were higher than those in the control group, and the PLT level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PT and APTT in the CMS group were longer than that in the control group(P<0.05);The level of FII,FV,FVII,FIX and FX in CMS group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The levels of DBIL and LDH in CMS group were higher than those in control group. The levels of TP and ALB were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of LDH in light and moderate CMS group were lower than those in severe CMS group(P<0.05).The level of TBIL in the moderate and severe CMS group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ALT levels in the moderate and severe CMS group were higher than those in the mild CMS group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)FII was negatively correlated with PT;FVIII was positively correlated with DD;CMS scores were positively correlated with LDH,RBC,and Hb.(2)The levels of FII,FV,FVII,FIX and FX in CMS group were lower than those in control group;ALT,TBIL,DBIL,and LDH were higher than those in control group;TP and ALB were lower than those in control group;PT and APTT were longer than those in control group;...
