Enzyme is an indispensable substance for life,which plays an important role in practical application.Natural enzymes are seriously limited in the application in production and life,due to the disadvantages of poor stability,difficult storage and purification,etc.Therefore,artificial enzymes synthesized by chemical methods have been produced,to maximize the effect of enzymes and make up for the defects of natural enzymes.In recent years,artificial mimic enzymes,especially nanozymes,have grown tremendously.They have extensive application prospect in many fields,including disease treatment,biological detection,and environmental antibacterial field.In this study,a new kind of nanozyme,NiCo2O4-Au composite,was prepared by high temperature polymerization and reducing method.The enzyme-like activities of as-prepared NiCo2O4-Au was characterized by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and ESR technologies,and the excellent effects of the composite on antibacterial,biofilm removal and anti-infection,were demonstrated.The results are lined as follows:1.NiCo2O4-Au composite was prepared,which had peroxidase-and oxidase-like enzyme activity and could produce a large number of ROS.2.NiCo2O4-Au composite could effectively kill E.coli and S.aureus.In addition,NiCo2O4-Au has superparamagnetism and could be recycled by external magnetic field,keeping good antibacterial performance.3.NiCo2O4-Au composite had an effective effect on E.coli and S.aureus biofilm,which can destroy the mature biofilm and inhibit the formation of new biofilm.4.NiCo2O4-Au based band aid was prepared and used for anti-infection treatment.The results showed that NiCo2O4-Au composite had good anti-infective properties,and could efficiently inhibit the growth of bacteria and promote wound healing.In summary,the NiCo2O4-Au composite prepared in this study is a new nano antibacterial agent with peroxidase-and oxidase-like enzyme activity,which can be effiectively applied in antibacterial and anti-infective fields.This study will not only provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the preparation and functional research of nanozymes,but also provide a new way for the treatment of pathogenic bacteria infection.
