| Osteosarcoma is a very common kind of bone malignant tumor, with strong invasiveness, early appearance of pulmonary micrometastases, and low survival rate for advanced patients. At present, the treatment of advanced osteosarcoma mainly depends on systemic chemotherapy.Although it can delay the progress of osteosarcoma to a certain extent, the cumulative toxic and side effects of multiple chemotherapy drugs and the emergence of drug resistance of related drugs lead to the increasingly obvious restriction of chemotherapy in advanced osteosarcoma. With the continuous progress of scientific research, new therapeutic methods have gradually appeared, which provides new possibilities for improving the survival rate and quality of life of patients with advanced osteosarcoma. This article presents a review of current research related to molecularly targeted therapy for advanced osteosarcoma. |
