Objective: To observe and compare the efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in two different regimens of "3+prn" and "1+prn" in the treatment of myopic choroidal neovascularization(mCNV).Methods: 36 patients and 40 eyes of mCNV patients were randomly divided into two groups, each with 18 people and 20 eyes. The patients were treated with two different schemes of "3+prn" and "1+prn" respectively.Intravitreal injection of Conbercept was used. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central retinal thickness(CRT)and fluorescence leakage range of two groups were compared before and after treatment for 1 month,3 months,6 months, and 12 months respectively.Multivariate regression analysis was used to determine the possible factors of BCVA and CRT after 1 years, and the possible factors of retreatment. Results: after treatment for 3,6 and 12 months, the BCVA of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 12 months, the CRT of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the "3+PRN" group decreased more than the "1+PRN" group at each follow-up time point(P<0.05).Fluorescence leakage in group 1+PRN disappeared in 0 eyes, and fluorescence leakage decreased in 12 eyes.Logistics regression analysis showed that BCVA,CRT,sex, age, diopter,CNV size, whether located in fovea and map atrophy were not significantly correlated with retreatment before treatment and before treatment. Before treatment,BCVA and final CRT showed a significant positive correlation with the final BCVA,and BVCA had a significant positive correlation with the final CRT.Conclusion: Intravitreal injection of Conbercept can effectively improve visual acuity and reduce the thickness of CRT in mCNV patients. The treatment is safe and reliable. The "3+PRN" and "1+PRN" two treatment schemes have little difference in vision prognosis, but the "3+PRN" scheme can better reduce the CRT thickness. The prognosis of patients with visual acuity is related to the visual acuity before treatment and the final CRT thickness.
