| BackgroundAcute ischemic cerebral stroke(AIS)has become a major killer of human health and hemorrhagic transformation(HT)is a severe complications in AIS patients. In addition, some studies has found that some indicators can predict the incidence of HT.However, the relationship between plasma albumin level and the incidence of HT in AIS patients without thrombolytic therapy(TT)is not clear.ObjectiveTo explore the influencing factors of HT rate in AIS patients without TT.Furthermore, another aim is to determine whether the serum albumin level is a predictor of HT in AIS patients without TT,in order to provide help for the design maker.MethodAIS patients from January 2017 to December 2018 without thrombolytic therapy were included in this prospective study in ourHospital. We divided them into two groups(HT and non-HT group)according to whether HT occurring or not and meticulously collected baseline characteristics, laboratory and imaging data of interested subjects.Univariate analysis between groups was conducted, and if the variables were clearly different between two groups, covariates were further adjusted in the logistic multivariate analysis in order to determine the independent factors of HT.Result1.A total of 802 AIS patients were recruited,of whom 35 developed HT with a mean age of 69.97±13.62 years and 767 presented non-HT with a mean age of 65.51±12.56 years.2.In univariate analysis, the differences of hypertension, ages, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, heart disease, stroke type, large AIS,high NIHSS score,anti-platelet drugs and albumin level were great significant among two groups(P<0.05).3.Low serum albumin level, high NIHSS and large AIS were independent risk factors for HT in multivariate regression analysis, and hypertension was an independent protective factor for HT(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Low serum albumin level, high NIHSS scores and large cerebral infarction are independently risk factors of HT for AIS patients without TT.2.Hypertension is independently protective factor of HT. |
