Research On Psychosocial Treatment Model In Intervention Of Depression Women During Pregnancy And Childbirth

This paper mainly discusses the methods and paths of preventing depression of pregnant and childbearing women from the perspective of social work,through collecting data,combining with literature analysis,starting from the perspective of social work,using the theory and methods of social work,In 2018,100 pregnant women were randomly selected from a hospital in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province to conduct an interview and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation and causes of maternal depression,explore the professional methods of postpartum depression prevention from the perspective of social work,and provide useful references and suggestions.It is found that education level,economic level and pregnancy related concerns all affect the generation of depression and other emotions of pregnant women in varying degrees,among them,age less than or equal to 17 or greater than or equal to 36,clinical diagnosis symptoms such as hypertension and lack of support from family members are risk factors for maternal depression.The depression of pregnant women provides preconditions for social work intervention services.It is of great significance for the physical and mental health of pregnant women and newborn babies to explore appropriate social work intervention service path,assist pregnant women to cope with the risks of pregnancy,make pregnant women pass the childbirth period safely with good psychological state and reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.This paper holds that social work intervention in postpartum depression is feasible and necessary,and has advantages that other methods do not have.Moreover,social work is a profession that pays attention to ethics and skills.Its professional skills and methods are very effective for better communication between patients and relatives,and it can also make suggestions for community and hospital policy-making and development.Taking case Ms.C as an example,in the process of social workintervention,analyzes the needs of the client,finds out the problems that need to be solved by intervention,and makes the service plan.The psychosocial treatment model focuses on and affirms the ability of pregnant women to adjust their emotions and control their lives,improves their ability to cope with various situations through schools and psychological counseling,and helps improve their subjective support and their own potential development.Through family visit and indirect forms of psychosocial treatment model,improve the relationship with her husband and family,thus enhancing social support.Provide psychological counseling before and after the childbirth,reduce the production of fear and anxiety,invite her husband to join and pay attention to maternal mood changes.At the same time,linkage medical staff in pregnancy skills,maternal and child care and rehabilitation to give substantive guidance,block the development of pregnancy depression to postpartum depression effectively,play a positive role in preventing the occurrence of postpartum depression.
