Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Scientific Research Project Management In Affiliated Hospital Of Inner Mongolia Medical University

Economic development stimulates the continuous improvement of science and technology,which in turn can affect social life.In recent years,in order to encourage the development of science and technology,the investment of the country in scientific research and development has increased year by year.Scientific research plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting the development of science and technology and improving the living standards of residents.Hospitals are not only staying at the level of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,but also gradually developing towards the direction of combining medical treatment,teaching and scientific research.Scientific research project management plays an increasingly important role in guiding the scientific research direction of hospitals and improving the overall strength of hospitals.With the increasing research atmosphere in hospitals,the management of scientific research projects also needs innovation and development.Scientific research projects are the basis for the development of scientific research level in hospitals.They have a direct impact on the scientific research level in hospitals and are of great significance to the cultivation of talents and the construction of disciplines.Taking the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University as an example,this paper analyzes the scientific research project management of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University in four chapters.The first chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis.The article clearly defines the basic concepts of scientific research project,project management and scientific research project management by using the five management theories of integrated governance theory,new public management theory and target management theory project management theory,incentive theory.The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of scientific research project management in the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.Firstly,the general situation of the hospital environment is introduced.Secondly,the current situation ofscientific research project management in the hospital includes the basic situation and management system of scientific research projects.Finally,the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects in the hospital include asymmetric information in the management process.Lack of supervision on reimbursement of scientific research funds;horizontal project management is chaotic;paying more attention to project initiation than process;inappropriate preservation of scientific research archives.In the third chapter,after understanding the current problems in the management of scientific research projects in hospitals,the causes of the problems are mainly found from four aspects: four management institutions,management system,management mechanism and information system.The fourth chapter puts forward several suggestions from the perspective of scientific research project management according to problems and problem analysis: to improve the awareness of active service;Perfect the mechanism and system of scientific research project management organization;Training high-quality personnel;Perfect multi-channel scientific research management information system and platform.
