Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression levels of P16 and VEGF in early gastric adenocarcinoma with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,and to analyze the correlation between early gastric adenocarcinoma with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome and the two.Means:Randomly selected from February 2019-February 2020 in fujian province second people's hospital of stomach ESD surgery or surgery,postoperative specimen pathology confirmed for Early Gastric cancer(Early Gastric Adenocarcinoma)of the patients,selected from 60 patients with into standard,will be divided into the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group,the spleen and stomach weak groups(30 cases,and from the hospital physical examination center to select 20 cases of normal control group,by immunohistochemical method of determination of P16 and VEGF in spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group,the spleen and stomach weak group and normal control group,expression level in Gastric mucosa tissue,The expressions of P16 and VEGF among the three groups were analyzed and compared to explore the correlation between the two groups.Result:1.Gender and age were not statistically significant among the three groups of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome group,spleen-stomach frailty syndrome group and normal control group(P > 0.05),suggesting comparability;2.There was no statistically significant difference in the expression Of P16 and VEGF under different age,gender,site and Depth Of Infiltration(DOI)(all P > 0.05);3.There was no statistically significant difference in the differentiation degree of P16 and VEGF between the spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome group and the spleen-stomach frailties syndrome group(all P = > 0.05);4.The difference between the poorly Differentiated P16(PDA)group and the well-differentiated Adenocarcinoma(WDA)group was statistically significant(P=0.026 <0.05).The moderate-differentiated Adenocarcinoma(MDA)group was compared with the poorly Differentiated Adenocarcinoma group and the highly Differentiated Adenocarcinoma group,respectively.The differences were not statistically significant(all P= > 0.05),and the expression level was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation(rs=0.318,P=0.013 < 0.05);5.P16 in the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome,spleen and stomach weak,the positive rate of normal control group were 46.67%,53.33%,100.00%,normal control group,respectively,and the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group,the spleen and stomach weak group,the difference had statistical significance(P = 0.001 < 0.01,P = 0.002 <0.01),spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group compared with weak spleen and stomach syndrome group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);6.There was no statistically significant difference between the poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma group and the moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma group(P > 0.05).The difference between the highly differentiated adenocarcinoma group and the moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma group was statistically significant(P = 0.004 < 0.01,P = 0.041< 0.05),and the expression level of VEGF was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(rs =-0.399,P = 0.002 < 0.01);7.VEGF in spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group,the spleen and stomach weak group,the positive rate of normal control group were 66.67%,33.33%,5.00%,normal control group,respectively,and the spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome group,the spleen and stomach weak group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.01,P = 0.014 < 0.05),spleen and stomach and positive rate of VEGF in damp heat syndrome group was obviously higher than that of spleen and stomach weak groups,statistically significant difference(P =0.020 < 0.05);8.There was a negative correlation between the expression of P16 and VEGF(rs=-0.516,P <0.01).Conclusion:1.In early gastric cancer,the positive expression rate of VEGF in spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome was higher than that in spleen-stomach weakness syndrome,and there was no significant difference in the expression of P16 between the two syndromes;2.Low expression of P16 and high expression of VEGF may play a role in the development of early gastric cancer;3.In early gastric cancer,there was a negative correlation between the expression of P16 and VEGF.
