Purpose:To explore the distribution pattern of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions in patients with colorectal laterally spreading tumors(LSTs).To explore the relationship between LST high-risk pathology and risk factors,so as to provide new ideas for identifying the type of LST susceptible constitution and predicting the degree of tumor risk.Method:150 patients who were diagnosed as LST of the Second People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Through questionnaire survey, general data, epidemiological data, enteroscopy diagnosis and Pathological diagnosis.According to the standard of Chinese medicine constitution judgment, statistically analyze the distribution of LST Chinese medicine constitution;explore the relationship between pathological type and related factors through logistic regression analysis.Results:1.In this study,a total of 150 LSTs were collected. There were 88 male patients and 62 female patients. The average age was 59.02±10.71 years old.The gender distribution difference between men and women was statistically significant(P<0.05).Menare more common than women, male to female ratio is 1.42:1.There were 16 cases of young people,50 cases of middle-aged,and 84 cases of old age.The difference in age distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of the middle-aged and elderly groups was higher than that of the young group(P<0.05).2.LST detection situation: LST lesions were more common in the ascending colon(4/150,28.00%),rectum(35/150,23.33%),and transverse colon(22/150,14.67%).The average diameter of the lesion is 20.47±11.29 mm.The larger the diameter of the lesion, the lower the proportion.Proportion of type detection rate under LST microscope: G-M>NG-F>G-H>NG-P D.3.Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions distribution of LST:Damp-heat constitution(25.33%)>Yang-deficiency constitution(16.67%)=Blood-stasis constitution(16.67%)>Qi depression constitution(11.33%)>Phlegm-dampness constitution(10.00%)>Qi deficiency constitution(7.33%)>Yin-deficiency constitution(6.67%)>Peace constitution(4.00%)>Trait constitution(2.00%),the distribution is statistically significant(P<0.05);male patients with LST mainly consists of damp-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution, and the female patients mainly consists of qi depression and blood stasis.Young patients are more common in peace constitution,middle-aged patients are more damp-heat constitution, and Seniors patients are more common in yang deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution.4.Risk factors of high-risk pathology: The results of binary logistic regression analysis(P<0.05): Seniors,Diameter>30mm,family history of colorectal cancer, smoking history are risk factors for high-risk pathology in LST patients.Conclusions:1.LST are more common in midlife and Seniors people, and men are more common in women,The ratio of men to women is 1.42: 1.2.LST occurs predominantly in the ascending colon, rectum, and transverse colon.3.Seniors,Diameter>30mm,family history of colorectal cancer and smoking are risk factors for high-risk pathology of LST.4.The common constitution types of LST are damp-heat constitution, yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution.Among them, male patients with LST mainly consists of damp-heat constitution and yang deficiency constitution, and the female patients mainly consists of qi depression and blood stasis.Young patients are more common in peace constitution,middle-aged patients are more damp-heat constitution, and Seniors patients are more common in yang deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution.
