Objective To explore the Correlation between Lactobacillus and Infection of High-Risk HPV,then providing suggestions for the elimination of HPV persistent infection, and providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,patient's data of vaginal secretions and HR-HPV test were collected from the Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University.Subjects were divided into an experimental group(A small amount of lactobacillus group)and a control group(Normal lactobacillus content group),then compare the differences in HR-HPV test between the two groups. Results Among the 133 subjects,34 were positive for the high-risk HPV infection, and the positive rate of high-risk HPV infection was 25.56%.The average age of the experimental group was 36.47±6.602 years old, while that of the control group was 36.30±5.506 years old. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Experimental group high-risk type HPV infection rate 32.22%,control group high-risk type HPV infection rate 11.63%,the difference rate between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion The study found an increased risk of high-risk HPV infection in the experimental group, suggesting that Lactobacillus vaginalis is associated with high-risk HPV infection.
