Research objective: This study were investigated through the therapy of lumbar function training combined with spinal correction gun treatment for elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain,to find the effects of functional training combined with spinal correction gun treatment on elderly chronic non-specific low back pain.Research method: This research is mainly conducted through literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method.Thirty-two elderly patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into functional exercise group,spinal correction gun group,combined group and control group.The functional exercise group received functional exercise intervention for 12 weeks,the spinal correction gun group received 12 weeks of spinal correction gun treatment,and the combined group received 12 weeks of functional exercise combined with spinal correction gun treatment,the control group undertook finger exercises for 12 weeks.The VAS pain scale,the Oswestry waist dysfunction scale,the surface electromyography information of the core muscles in the back and abdomen,the lumbar activity and other related indicators were selected for the comparative analysis before and after the experiment by mathematical statistics.The single factor analysis of variance(F test)was used for the comparison between groups,and the paired sample T test was used for the comparison before and after the experiment to analyze and process the collected data.The final results were average The form of ± standard deviation(M ± SD)was used to analyze the effectiveness of experimental intervention.Experimental results:(1)Waist VAS pain score before and after the experiment: there is a significant difference between the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group(P <0.05),and the combined group has a significant difference(P <0.01);Comparisonbetween groups after the experiment: there was no significant difference between the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group,and the score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group after the experiment,with significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Oswestry waist dysfunction index before and after the experiment: the functional exercise group and the combined group have very significant differences(P<0.01),and the spinal correction gun group has significant differences(P<0.05);comparison between the groups after the experiment: The spinal correction gun group was significantly lower than the functional exercise group,with a significant difference(P <0.05);the combined group score was significantly lower than the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group,which was very different(P < 0.01).(3)Lumbar spine motion before and after the experiment: Compared with the former experiment,the three groups of experimental groups had anterior flexion,posterior extension,left flexion,and right flexion improvement,which was statistically significant and the combination group had the most significant improvement.Comparison between the groups after the experiment: There was no significant difference between the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group in the forward flexion,extension,and left flexion.difference;The data of forward flexion,extension,left flexion,and right flexion of the combined group were all higher than those of the functional exercise group and the spinal correction gun group,which had statistical significance.(4)Before and after the experiment,the average amplitude data of the bilateral multifidus muscles,erector spinae,and rectus abdominis muscles were significantly improved after the experiment in the spinal correction gun group,and there was a significant difference.The front right is significantly improved,with very significant differences;comparison between groups after the experiment: The surface EMG average amplitude data of the functional exercise group and the combined group were significantly higher than those of the spinal correction gun group,and the combinedgroup was slightly higher than the functional exercise group,but the effects were similar and there was no significant difference.Research conclusion:(1)12 weeks of spine correction gun therapy,functional exercise,and combined therapy can alleviate the pain level of elderly patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain,improve lumbar dysfunction,increase lumbar joint mobility,and the effect of combined therapy is better.(2)12 weeks of spine correction gun therapy,functional exercise,and combined therapy can effectively activate the core muscles of elderly patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain,increase the number of motor units recruited during exercise,but the effect of combined therapy on muscle activation similar to functional exercise.(3)From the overall effect analysis,the combined treatment method is better than the treatment of single functional exercise or spinal correction gun.
