Objective The purpose of this study was to find and explore the risk factors of non-nutrition related complications within 1 year after laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass,LRYGB),to guide clinical work,before the operation as far as possible to reduce the risk factors to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Methods The clinical data of 254 patients with obesity and related metabolic diseases treated by LRYGB surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital from January 1,2011 to December 31,2017 were retrospectively collected.Patients were collected according to the criteria for inclusions and exclusions.General information,preoperative data,surgical data,and postoperative follow-up data within 1 year were collected until December 31,2018.24 of the variables were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 statistical software.The continuous variables were tested by independent sample t test,the second categorical variable was analyzed by chi-square test,the ordered variable was tested by non-parametric test,and then the variables with p<0.05 were included in multivariate logistic regression analysis.The risk factors of complications within 1 year after LRYGB operation were screened with p=0.05 for significant boundaries.Further analysis of the selected independent risk factors yields the cause of the significant increase in this factor and the type of significant increase in complications.Results A total of 227 obese patients were enrolled in this study.16 of them had non-nutrition related complications within 1 year after operation,and 1 of them died.The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,smoking,operation time and hypertension were closely related to complications within 1 year after LRYGB.And complications occurred within 1 year after surgery as a dependent variable.Multivariate logistic regression analysis with backward method for statistically significant indicators of four univariate analysis.The results showed that the surgery took more than 150 minutes(OR = 19.869 compared to less than 120 minutes)and hypertension(OR = 3.186)were statistically significant.Super obese patients have significantly increased time spent on surgery,and hypertension significantly increases bleeding complications.Conclusions 1.Male,smoking,hypertension and more than 150 minutes of operation were risk factors for complications after LRYGB.2.Hypertension and operation time more than 150 minutes are independent risk factors for complications after LRYGB.These patients should be given special attention in clinical treatment to prevent complications.3.Male and Super obese patients significantly increase the time spent on surgery and indirectly increase the incidence of complications.4.Hypertension significantly increases the incidence of bleeding,and monitoring blood pressure during the perioperative period is especially important.
