Objective: To compare the postoperative survival status of patients with early stage cervical cancer(IA1-IB2)treated by laparoscopy and open surgery, and to explore the factors that may affect the prognosis of the two groups. Methods: To compare the status of postoperative survival of patients with early cervical cancer(stage IA1-IB2)treated by laparoscopy and open surgery, and explore the possible factors affecting the prognosis of the two groups. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 203 patients with stage IA1-IB2 cervical cancer admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016.They were divided into 76 cases of laparoscopic group, and 107 of open surgery. The patients were compared and analyzed by SPSS statistics. Results: The 3-year overall survival(OS)of patients in the laparoscopic group and the open group were 89.5% and 94.5%,respectively.The 3-year progression-free survival(DFS)was 85.5% and 91.3%,respectively.The 3-year recurrence rates were 4.0% and 3.2%,and the 3-year complication rates were 10.5% and 15.8%,respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant(all P> 0.05).Conclusions: Endoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of early cervical cancer efficacy, endoscopic group slightly worse, but the difference was not statistically significant. In practice,we should pay attention to the principles of tumor free operation, patient's knowledge and standardized and individualized operation path.
