| Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of toxic liver injury caused by agkistrodon acutus,the mechanism of Qinggan Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of toxic liver injury caused by agkistrodon spp.The advantages of the method provide a theoretical reference for the future clinical treatment of virulent liver injury caused by a snakebite.Methods: A total of 60 patients with toxic liver injury from viper bite were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Qinggan Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Record the patient's AST,ALP,GGT,and TBIL during the treatment period,evaluate the patient's symptoms and signs,and clinical efficacy,and observe the improvement of the treatment group and the control group on the toxic liver injury of viper bite by comparing the numerical changes.Efficacy of two methods.Results:1.Treatment group cure rate was 83% and the total significant efficiency was97%.Control group cure rate was 60%,total apparent efficiency was 87%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05)2.Analysis of liver function indexes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.The indexes in both groups decreased significantly after treatment,whichwas statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the degree of liver function decline in the treatment group(P <0.05).3.Comparing the symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,symptoms and signs of treatment groups were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Qinggan Jiedu Decoction combined with western medical treatment for acute liver injury caused by snake bite can better control the further development of liver injury.Shorten the course of the disease and reduce the damage to the human body caused by the bite of the viper.2.Qinggan Jiedu Decoction jointed with western medicine method has a better effect of protecting the liver and lowering enzymes,and is conducive to promoting liver function recovery.3.This study confirms that Qinggan Jiedu Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions in treating acute liver injury caused by snake bite,and has a safe and effective advantage,which is worthy of popularization in the clinic. |
