Part ? The value of CT enhanced scanning in the identification of the nature of thyroid nodulesObjective:Explore the value of CT enhanced imaging features in i dentifying the nature of thyroid nodules. Methods: 78 patients with pathologically confirmed thyroid nodules were sele cted as observation objects. All patients underwent CT enhanced scan w ithin one month before surgery.By analyzing the imaging features such as nodule volume, cystic change, enhancement mode, enhancement degr ee,marginal interruption sign, microcalcification, and lymph node metast asis, statistical analysis of the above factors was performed by applying SPSS 26.0 software. Results: 1.The volume of thyroid nodules has nothing to do with benign or malignant nodules(P> 0.05);2.The CT value in the plain sca n period cannot distinguish between benign and malignant thyroid(P> 0.05),and the average CT value of malignant thyroid nodules in the arter ial phase, venous phase and delayed phase is higher than that of benign nodules(P <0.05);3.Microcalcifications,marginal interruption signs,en hancement methods, degree of enhancement, and lymph node metastasis in the lesions were statistically significant in the identification of thyroid nodules(P <0.05).Conclusions: Careful observation of CT enhanced scanning imaging features can help distinguish benign and malignant thyroid nodules early.Part ? The value of CT enhanced ultrasound combined with diagnosis of lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancerObjective: To explore the best choice of CT enhanced scanning combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer. Methods: 66 patients with pathologically confirmed thyroid cancer were selected as observation objects. All patients underwent CT enhanced scanning and ultrasound examination within one month before the operation, and lymph node dissection was performed during the operation. To compare the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of thyroid lymph node metastasis with simple application of enhanced CT,ultrasound and joint examination, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 software. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of enhanced CT c ombined with ultrasound in diagnosing lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer were 93.88%,93.88% and 92.42%,respectively.There is statisti cal significance in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis between the combined application and the application of enhanced CT and ultrasound alone(P <0.05).The diagnosis of lymph node metastasis by enhanced CT alone and ultrasound is not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions: The accuracy of CT-enhanced ultrasound is significantly higher than that of enhanced CT and ultrasound alone.
