Objective: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the MRI findings of WHO? and II meningioma and the expression of progesterone receptor PR,endothelial marker CD34 and cell proliferation activity marker index Ki67 and the meningioma findings,so as to improve the imaging diagnosis of WHO? and II meningioma. Methods:We collected the second hospital hebei medical university 340 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of first-episode patients with meningioma, with 259 cases WHO meningioma group and WHO meningioma group ? ?81 examples. The imaging signs and expressions of Ki67,CD34 and PR immunohistochemical indexes in patients with meningioma were studied, and their intrinsic relationship was analyzed by statistical methods. Results: There were significant differences in the statistical analysis of WHO? and II grade meningiomas in gender, tumor volume,T1 signal intensity, perioma edema, tumor enhancement degree and whether there was lobulation(P<0.05).The positive rate of Ki67 was statistically different in WHO? and II(P<0.05),while the expressions of CD34 and PR were not statistically different in WHO? and II meningiomas(P>0.05).The expression of Ki67 was statistically different in gender, peritumor br ainedema and tumor volume by single factor analysis(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the positive rates of PR and CD34 expression and the imaging characteristics of meningioma such as the lesion profile, lobulation, meningioma tail sign, and peritumor edema(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in tumor volume and PR expression between meningioma and CD34(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences from CD34(P>0.05).Conclusion:There were more WHO? meningiomas in female patients, and higher proportion in male patients. There was no significant difference in the expression of CD34 and PR among different genders. The pathological grade,CD34 and PR of meningioma were not significantly different in different ages. The larger the meningeal tumor volume, the more serious the peritumor edema and the lower the T1 signal, which was considered to be the MRI sign of WHO?I grade meningioma by those with foliation. The expression level of Ki67 increased significantly with the increase of pathological level. The higher the ex PRession level of Ki67 in male patients, patients with larger meningeal tumor volume and severe peritumor edema, the higher the expression level of Ki67.However,whether meningioma has leafy signs and meningeal tail signs does not affect the expression of Ki67.The expression levels of CD34 and PR were not correlated with the pathological grade, lesion profile, segmental sign, meningeal tail sign and peritumor edema of meningioma. The expression of PR in meningioma with larger tumor volume was more negative.
