Objective: To understand the treatment compliance and follow-up status of outpatient with asthma, and investigate the factors affecting the treatment compliance of asthma patients, and focus on the analysis of the reasons for poor treatment compliance, which can provide a basis for improving the treatment compliance of asthma patients and outpatient follow-up.Methods:The subjects of the study were selected from 1,000 asthma patients aged over 14 who were diagnosed in the outpatient department of respiratory medicine of The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2015 to January 2018.Through regular follow-up describe the number of follow-up,patients' treatment compliance,we analyze the general data such as gender, age, level of education, smoking history, living area, annual family income, severity patients to begin with, the degree of disease control, the haze sensitive degree of correlation between treatment adherence in asthma, and analyze the reasons of the poor treatment adherence in patients with asthma.Results:1.Treatment compliance: during the second visit,a total of 435 patients(43.5%)were followed up,and 565(56.5%)were lost.Among them,291 patients had good drug compliance, accounting for 66.9% of the total number of follow-up patients. The 144 patients with poor medication compliance accounted for 33.1% of the follow-up population.2.Compliance with the relevant factors analysis: gender, age, level of education, smoking history, family income, severity patients to begin with, the degree of disease control, the haze sensitive degree and the correlation of treatment adherence with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the correlation between residence and treatment adherence,no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Follow-up times and treatment compliance: the differences in treatment compliance of patients with different follow-up times were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The main reason affecting the poor treatment compliance of asthma patients is that the patients think the symptoms have been relieved and stop the medication by themselves.Conclusions:1.Asthma treatment compliance was correlated with gender, age, education level, smoking history, family annual income, patient's disease severity at the time of initial diagnosis, degree of disease control, sensitivity to haze, and number of visits, but not with the patient's residence.2.The main reason affecting the poor treatment compliance of asthma patients is that the patients think the symptoms have been relieved and stop the medication by themselves.3.Improving treatment compliance is the top priority in asthma management. We should adopt individualized intervention strategies for asthma patients to improve treatment compliance.
