Effect Of Telmisartan On Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Essential Hypertension

Objective: In this study,we will observe and analyze the effect of telmisartan on inflammatory markers in Patients with essential hy Pertension,further demonstrate the inflammatory theory of hy Pertension from the inflammatory state,and o Pen u P new ideas for the study of the Pathogenesis of essential hy Pertension.Method: 88 Patients with essential hy Pertension were divided into treatment grou P 1(grou P A)and treatment grou P 2(grou P B).They were treated with extend release nifedi Pine and telmisartan res Pectively.Blood Pressure,hs CRP of the two grou Ps were com Pared before and after the treatment,HMW adi Ponectin,transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1),monocyte chemoattractant Protein-1(MCP-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),macro Phage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),interleukin-1 β and other biochemical indicators were measured.At the same time,44 healthy Peo Ple in our hos Pital were selected as the control grou P(Grou P C),and the differences of various indicators were com Pared.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the blood Pressure indexes of grou P A and grou P B,such as the highest value of blood Pressure,the average value of blood Pressure before treatment,the time index of blood Pressure load,ambulatory blood Pressure and various indexes(P > 0.05).A.There was no significant difference between the two grou Ps in the level of inflammatory indexes in grou P B(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference between grou P A and grou P B and grou P C(P < 0.05).2.Before the treatment,there were significant differences between grou P A and grou P B in bun,CRE,UA,FPG,alt,AST and other biochemical indexes(P < 0.05).But there was no significant difference in biochemical indexes between grou P A and grou P B(P > 0.05).3.After two months of treatment,the blood Pressure level of grou P A and grou P B was im Proved,but the im Provement effect of grou P B was significantly better than that of grou P A(P < 0.05).Although the level of each index in grou P A was significantly im Proved com Pared with that before treatment,there was still a difference between grou P A and grou P C(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in blood Pressure between grou P B and grou P C(P > 0.05).4.After two months of treatment,the levels of inflammatory indexes in grou P A and grou P B were im Proved,but the im Provement effect of grou P B was significantly better than that of grou P A(P < 0.05).Although the level of each index in grou P A was significantly im Proved com Pared with that before treatment,there was still a difference between grou P A and grou P C(P < 0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory indexes in grou P B was slightly lower than that in grou P C,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Inflammatory reaction exists in most Patients with essential hy Pertension,and the levels of inflammation indexes are higher than those of healthy Peo Ple.2.By giving telmisartan to Patients with essential hy Pertension,it can effectively im Prove the level of inflammatory indicators and reduce the body’s inflammatory res Ponse.These inflammatory factors have a certain Predictive effect when they are used as early Predictors of hy Pertension,and have a certain reference significance in the diagnosis and treatment of essential hy Pertension,which is worthy of further ex Ploration and research in clinic.
