Parkinson's disease is prone to implicate the autonomic nervous system and can lead to blood pressure fluctuations including orthostatic hypotension,post-prandial hypotension,supine hypertension.When combined with hypertension,it's difficult to manage the blood pressure steady,and lack of unified international diagnostic criterion and treatment guideline to standardize diagnosis and treatment.Through the review of the previous literature and the latest research,this paper discusses the relationship between Parkinson's disease and hypertension,the mechanism and classification of blood pressure fluctuation in Parkinson's disease,blood pressure management objectives,and outlines the screening,diagnosis and blood pressure management plans and strategies for this kind of patients. |
