Objective:Construct a rehabilitation exercise program for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by using evidence-based medicine methods, and evaluate the application effect of rehabilitation exercise program in clinical practice through empirical research. Methods:Form a team to collect evidence and evaluate, and then retrieve 8literatures on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. After the evaluation of the quality of the literature and the evaluation of the evidence level, the rehabilitation exercise program based on evidence-based determination of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction was finalized. The randomized controlled trial was used to verify the clinical effect of the rehabilitation exercise program.80 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under the Department of Osteoarthritis,Affiliated Gulou Hospital of Nanjing University Medical College in January 2019,recorded basic data, operation time, tourniquet using time, time to ground, thrombosis, postoperative pain grading, patella leg circumference, knee joint mobility before and after surgery, and postoperative Lysholm score.Result:The 945 documents retrieved were screened and excluded, and 6 articles meeting the inclusion criteria were finally determined.A rehabilitation exercise program for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction was developed. In the case study, there was no significant difference in gender(?~2=0.075),age(t=0.671),weight(t=1.976),height(t=0.013),body mass index(t=0.463),operation time(t=0.756)and tourniquet using time(t=1.010)between the intervention group and the control group in the rehabilitation exercise program after cruciate ligament reconstruction(P>0.05).The pain scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 12 hours(z=4.955)and 24 hours(z=6.489)after surgery(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the leg circumference and the preoperative leg circumference and the difference between the groups at 72 hours postoperatively(F=0.282,P>0.05).There were significant differences in knee joint mobility between the two groups at 2weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks, and 12 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).In the 6th week,8th week,12th week, the Lyshom score in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on randomized controlled study, this study constructed a rehabilitation exercise program for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction after discussion and screening.Through 80 randomized controlled trial,it was confirmed that this program can significantly improve the postoperative recovery of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
