| Object:To explore the safety and effectiveness of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury,we design a randomized controlled trial for further exploring possible mechanism of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy and to provide theoretical reference and evidence-based basis for promoting the recovery of knee function and improvingthepatients'lifequality andfinallybuild a scientific,curative and simple rehabilitation program of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy.Method:Using PASS21.0 statistical software estimate sample size about 58,considering the rate of 20%of the lost to follow-up,each group included 35people,therefore 70 patients should be included.Therefore,In March 2017-February 2018 period,Foshan Chinese Medicine Hospital,Zhanjiang in Guangdong Province,Guangdong Medical College Hospital,Zhanjiang Second People's Hospital,Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital of TCM orthopedics,confirmed by surgery and follow-up of patients with knee after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Patients in postoperative with knee joint reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury as the research object,put into standard subjects and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 35 cases in the control group given acupuncture plus regular limb rehabilitation exercise,treatment group was given acupuncture combined with sports scientific research personnel professional under the guidance of professional sports rehabilitation,separately at before the intervention,intervened after 6 weeks,intervened after 12 weeks three time points to evaluate swelling degree,pain score,two groups of patients'Lysholm knee joint mobility score and IKDC scores,detailed record the patient's data.Finally the collected data are carefully checked and confirmed the research data are descriptive statistical analysis by SPSS 21.Measurement data will be described by"to mean+standard deviation",count data use frequency or constituent ratio for data statistics;Classification data use X~2test or precise probability method.If the measurement data were fulfilled the homogeneity test of variances and t test,and the independent sample mean was compared with t-test.Unless,two samples mean were test by Wilcoxon rank.Result:A total of 70 patients were enrolled,randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Each group had 35 patients.As 10 cases lost to follow-up during the experiment,so after deleting their initial data we carried on data statistics.There was no significant difference in the gender age distribution between the two groups,with comparable difference(P<0.05),and the indicators of the patients of the two groups before two kinds of the intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Treatment group and control group separately in six weeks,12 weeks after treatment intervention intervention had a obvious curative effect.And various effect indexes after the treatment had significant difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group better than control group(P<0.05).As the time increasing,the treatment effect of the treatment groups is more obvious.Conclusion:This study confirmed that the acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for knee rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has significant improvement effect and obviously improve patients postoperative function recovery of knee joint and the quality of life.The results of this research can support the further research of the possible pathway information mechanism of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy intervention on knee after anterior cruciate ligament injury reconstruction to promote the recovery of knee function and improve the quality of life as soon as possible to provide theoretical reference and the evidence-based basis,and eventually build up a set of scientific,better curative effect,and the rehabilitation program of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy plan which is easy to operate. |
