BackgroundCoronary heart disease(CHD)is a common heart disease in clinical practice.it is a state of ischemia and hypoxia in myocardium that the narrowing or obstruction of the vascular cavity is caused by atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries.Basic research shows that the angina pectoris is the typical symptom of coronary heart disease, and the clinical manifestation is chest pain.It often happens when patients are tired or emotional. As the disease progresses,it may seriously affect the quality of daily life of patients with the increased number of attacks and increased pain, even sudden death. As a result,it poses a serious threat to patients' life and health. Now,the pathogenesis of the disease is unclear in clinic.Studies have shown that this disease is caused by multiple risk factors acting on different links of coronary atherosclerosis, contains changeable dangerous factors and immutable dangerous factors. The probability of angina pectoris and serious cardiovascular events caused by different risk factors is different.Understanding and intervening these risk factors can be of great help in the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris.Previous studies have shown that patients with coronary heart disease are often accompanied by anxiety and depression and other adverse emotions, and can affect the development and prognosis of cardiovascular disease to some extent. Therefore, the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris at the same time to give effective preventive nursing intervention measures,in improving the curative effect of treatment has an important significance. As a new way of nursing, the foreseeable nursing intervention can formulate the corresponding nursing intervention method according to the actual condition of patients, predict potential risks with clinical experience, and provide with reasonable, personalized, proactive preventive nursing measures,so that it can improve the quality of overall nursing. This study aims to explore the efficacy of clinical intervention that the foreseeable nursing intervention is used for coronary heart disease patients.ObjectiveTo study The effect of predictive nursing intervention on adverse mood, attack of angina pectoris, the satisfaction of treatment, and patients' quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and angina, try to judge the feasibility of the mursing, improve the nursing effect.Method80 angina pectoris who received therapy from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group(n=41)and the control group(n=39).The control group was treated with Routine nursing intervention, while the observation group treated with Predictive nursing intervention. Then the Therapeutic efficacy,Angina attack and cardiac function,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores, quality of life of two groups after treatment were comparedResultsAfter intervention,The improvement rate of heart function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(?2=4.009,P<0.05).The frequency of angina attack, angina pain score and duration of angina pectoris were significantly lower than those of the control group[2(2,3)second/week vs6(4,8)second/week,2(1,4)scores vs 5(4,7)scores,2(1,4)min vs6(5,8)min](P<0.05),SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group[(39.10±5.12)scores vs(51.39±7.34)scores,(39.20±6.41)scores vs(47.27±8.32)scores](P<0.05).The number of serious complications occurred in the observation group,is lower than the control group[(?2=4.93,P<0.05)].SDSS scores in all dimensions were significantly lower than those in the control group[(0.85±0.12)scores vs(1.40±0.16)scores,(1.13±0.09)scores vs(1.51±0.03)scores,(1.56±0.36)scores vs(3.02±0.51)scores,(0.76±0.13)scores vs(1.71±0.22)scores,(0.83±0.12)scores vs(1.32±0.21)scores,(0.89±0.02)scores vs(2.05±0.04)scores,(1.09±0.11)scores vs(1.78±0.30)scores,(0.79±0.14)scores vs(1.85±0.30)scores](P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the intervention group(100%)than that of the control group(76.9%,?2=19.65,P<0.05).ConclusionPredictive nursing intervention has significant effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. It can improve bad mood, improve treatment compliance, alleviate angina pectoris attack, improve heart function classification, improve patients' quality of life, and promote doctor-patient harmony.
