Objective:In this study, through a randomized controlled study,we observed the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on dyspepsia after oral refeeding in non severe acute pancreatitis with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Through the analysis of the safety degree and compliance level of patients,we comprehensively evaluated the practicability of the study and provided reference for clinical application. Methods:The patients in this study was from the Integrated TCM & Western Medicine Department,West China Hospital,Sichuan University.66 patients of dyspepsia after oral refeeding in non severe acute pancreatitis with deficiency of Qi and Yin were selected, and randomly divided into conventional treatment group and acupuncture group with equal number of cases. The conventional treatment group used clinical conventional treatment methods, including improving the microcirculation status of the pancreas, regulating gastrointestinal motility, preventing and treating infections and other drugs, advocating light diet, and the patients with poor diet cooperated with intravenous water supplementation, electrolyte and nutritional support to maintain the stability of the internal environment.Based on the treatment methods of the conventional treatment group, the acupuncture group was treated with filiform acupuncture once a day(selected points: Zusanli, xiajuxu,Tianshu,Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Zhongwan points),for 5 consecutive days.Observe and record the times, degree and remission time of abdominal distention after three meals, the symptoms after three meals, and the main symptoms and secondary syndromes of deficiency of Qi and Yin.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data collected in this study.Results:1.There was no significant difference between acupuncture group and conventional treatment group in demographic data, days of diet prohibition treatment, vital signs, serum pancreatic enzyme examination,APACHE II score(P>0.05),so thebaseline level of the two groups was similar.2.Comparison between acupuncture group and routine treatment group before and after treatment: In the number, degree and relief time of abdominal distention after three meals, the two groups were better than before(P<0.05);in the symptoms and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin after three meals, the two groups were better than before(P<0.05).3.Comparison between acupuncture group and conventional treatment group after treatment: the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group on the times, degree and time of relieving abdominal distention after three meals was better(P<0.05);the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group on discomfort, early satiety and upper abdominal pain after three meals was better(P<0.05);the therapeutic effect of upper abdominal burning symptom after three meals was similar between the two groups(P>0.05),and the therapeutic effect of acupuncture group on deficiency of Qi and Yin was better(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate was 87.1% in acupuncture group and 78.1% in routine treatment group. The curative effect of acupuncture group is higher than that of routine treatment group(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in safety and compliance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture of Zusanli,Xiajuxu,Sanyinjiao,Zhongwan,Tianshu and Qihai combined with conventional Western medicine can significantly reduce the number of abdominal distension, reduce the degree of abdominal distension and shorten the time of abdominal distension in non-severe acute pancreatitis patients after three meals, and relieve symptoms and TCM syndromes after three meals.2.Western medicine treatment program combined with acupuncture can promote dietary recovery of non-severe acute pancreatitis patients. It is of great significance for recovery and prevention of complications, and has few adverse reactions, good safety and compliance, which is worthy of clinical expansion.
