Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),the most common clinical disorder of the gastrointestinal tract,is a group of symptoms characterized by abdominal pain, abdominal distension and changes in bowel habits. At present, there is no set of effective treatment plan for IBS with diarrhea in modern medicine, and the treatment is mainly for regulating gastrointestinal motility drugs, regulating visceral sensory drugs, central antidepressants and anxiety drugs, etc.Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea belongs to the category of "diarrhea disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. The dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious curative effects. Objective:Through the comparison of the curative effects of three traditional Chinese medicine treatment schemes, the clinical efficacy of hot package in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)was observed, and its effectiveness was summarized,so as to provide a new, more important, more objective and more accurate clinical basis for the clinical application of hot omelettes in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups: 30 patients in the control group were treated with oral Chinese patent medicine(ginseng jianpi tablet).Experimental group 30 cases: treated by the Chinese medicine hot package ironing treatment;Joint group 30 cases:treated by oral medicine(ginseng jianpi tablets)combined with ironing treatment. Before treatment, the relevant symptom score was improved, and the symptom score was performed again 2 weeks after treatment. After treatment, the efficacy before and after treatment was evaluated. Results:Among the 30 experimental group, there were 3 cases of obvious effect,18 cases of effective effect and 9 cases of ineffective effect, and the total effective rate was 70%.Among the 30 cases in the control group, there were 4 cases of obvious effect,19 cases of effective effect and 7 cases of ineffective effect, and the total effective rate was 76.7%.Among the 30 cases in the joint group, there were 4 cases of obvious effect,23 cases of effective effect and 3 cases of ineffective effect, and the total effective rate was 90%.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05),and no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptoms in each group were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of defecation and diarrhea in the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the ironing group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of other diseases(P>0.05).The Bristol score of the three groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the experimental group and the ironing group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the control group and the experimental group and the ironing group was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of IBS-D(deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome),the three traditional Chinese medicine treatment schemes are all effective. The therapeutic effect of hot package ironing treatment alone is not worse than that of combined Chinese proprietary medicine, but the effect of hot package ironing treatment is not as good as that of drug therapy in improving stools and diarrhea symptoms.
