Arthroscopic Evaluation Of Early And Mid-term Clinical Efficacy Of Mason Allen And Lasso Loop Suture In Small Rotator Cuff Tear

OBJECTIVE:The clinical efficacy of two different suture methods under arthroscopy Mason-allen method and lasso-loop method for small rotator cuff injury is compared,so a simple and optimized surgical method is compared,which provides clinicians more reliable in treating small rotator cuff injury clinical outcomes.METHODS:since 01,2019 to 01,2020,50 participants with small sized rotator cuff injuries in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine received Mason-allen method(MA group)and Lasso-loop Method(LS group),statistical analysis was performed on shoulder scores and operation time at five time points(1 day before surgery,operation,4 weeks after surgery,3 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery).Result:1.follwed up 50 participants for more than 6 months;2.At 4 weeks,3 and 6 months after surgery,the two groups participating in the Mason-allen group and the lasso-loop group had the same effect,and the difference was not statistically significant.(p>0.05)3.There was no statistical difference between the two groups of participants in the MA and LS groups.(p>0.05)4.The operation time of the MA group is shorter than the MA group,with a statistical difference(P <0.05);5.The postoperative comparison between the two groups before surgery in the MA group and the LS group changed,and the shoulder joint scores were statistically different.(p>0.05);Conclusion:Both techniques are resultful methods for dealing small rotator cuff injuries.There is no difference between the two methods in the early and mid-term clinical effects.The Mason-allen method has shorter operation time than the Lasso-loopmethod and has certain advantages.
