The Correlation Between TCM Constitution And Laboratory Indexes In Children With Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis

Objective:Through the investigation of the constitution distribution of children with HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis,combined with its laboratory indexes,to explore the correlation between the laboratory indexes and the constitution of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis,so as to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Method:From January 2019 to January 2020,children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis treated in the outpatient and inpatient department of Pediatrics Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.Through the development of basic information questionnaire and physique questionnaire,the physique questionnaire was conducted to collect the general situation(gender,age,nationality,onset season,onset inducement),clinical test indicators,establish database,and use SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of relevant data,to explore the basic situation of children with this disease and laboratory indicators and different types of TCM Constitution correlation.Results:1.The majority of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis are partial constitution.The main constitution type is damp heat,followed by Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency.2.There is a certain relationship between the onset season of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine Children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis are more likely to develop in winter and spring.Infection is the most common cause of the disease.3.There are also differences in laboratory indexes among children with different constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:1.In children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,the predisposition of constitution is mainly biased,the main constitution type is damp heat,followed by Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency.2.There are differences among the constitution of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in season,inducement and laboratory index.Children with Qi deficiency are more likely to have disease in winter and spring,and children with damp heat are more likely to have disease in summer and autumn.Children with Qi deficiency are more likely to develop infection.Children with Qi deficiency are more likely to have increased RBC count in urine.Children with Qi deficiency are more likely to reduce Pt and APTT.There is a higher possibility of Ig A elevation in children with damp heat.It will provide some reference basis and direction for the treatment and protection of children's Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in the future.
