Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dachang-baoru Disease With Hadun Garidi-13 Combined With Mare's Milk

Objective: Through the treatment of patients with Dachang-baoru disease by combining hardungaredi-13 with mare's milk,the clinical efficacy of medicine and food therapy(hardungaredi-13 combined with mare's milk)on this kind of disease was observed.Method: A total of 41 patients with Dachangbaoru disease who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,hadun hailumulle nine wei pills,hadun garidi-13 and mare's milk were given.The control group was treated with hadun hailumulle nine wei pills and hadun garidi-13.4 weeks was one course of treatment,and both groups were given one course of treatment.Changes in the scores of symptoms,signs of the patients before and after treatment were observed for statistical analysis.Result:? After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85%.The results of t test showed p < 0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.The total curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.? After treatment,the comparison of symptom scores between the two groups showed that p < 0.05 was obtained in terms of abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal tenderness,tenesmus,abdominal distension,fatigue and other symptoms,with statistically significant differences.Between the two groups of mucus bloody stools symptoms were analyzed p >0.05,and no statistical significance were obtained.? After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion: The combination of hadun garidi-13 with mare's milk in the treatment of Dachangbaoru disease has obvious curative effect,which is better than the control group.Mare's milk(dietary therapy)has effectively improved the clinical efficacy of hadun garidi-13(drug therapy),and has the advantages of less side effects of Mongolian medicine and dietary therapy,and can improve the quality of life.
