Objective: to study the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution convalescence of cerebral infarction and ischemic stroke subtypes in China(CISS etiology classification)correlation with age,sex and TCM constitution relationship, from the perspective of etiology and physical understanding recovery cycle before the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction, and to guide clinical as soon as possible, actively conducted individualized and accurate prevention and treatment. Methods: 260 convalescent patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction in the department of encephalopathy,Inner Mongolia autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.Gender, age,TCM constitution and CISS etiological classification of the patients were determined based on the medical history, clinical manifestations and relevant indicators.Spss25.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data. Results: phlegm and dampness(79,30.4%),qi deficiency(54,20.8%)and blood stasis(47,18.1%)were the common types of TCM constitution in 260 patients.Major atherosclerosis(142,54.6%)was the most common etiological classification of CISS,followed by perforator artery disease(82,31.5%).There were differences in CISS typing among different constitutions, and there were differences in CISS typing between phlegm and dampness,qi and asthenia. The proportion of LAA was higher than that of placid, while the proportion of PAD was lower than that of placid. There were differences in the distribution of constitution in different age groups, and the proportion of people with mild temperament in 70-89 age groups was significantly lower than that of patients with phlegm, dampness and qi deficiency. Conclusion: phlegm, dampness and qi deficiency were the preconvalescent characteristics of patients with preconvalescent cerebral infarction. In the 70-89 age group, the biased constitution was more common and the evenness was less.Patientswith phlegm, dampness and qi deficiency were more common than patients with mild and mild etiology. There are differences in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and Chinese ischemic stroke subtypes in the convalescent patients with anterior circulation cerebral infarction.
