Objective To explore the efficacy of mirtazapine and trazodone in treating depressive disorders, and to study the effects of these two drugs on neurotransmitters. Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,55 patients with depressive disorders treated in the outpatient clinic and wards of the Mental Health Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. There were 28 cases in the mirtazapine group and 27 cases in the trazodone group. There were no significant differences in age and sex ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).A group of patients were given mirtazapine, with a starting dose of 15 mg/time,once/day,a dose range of 15-45 mg,and an average dose of 30 mg.Another group of patients were treated with trazodone, with an initial dose of 50 mg/time,1 time/d,a dose range of50-200 mg,and an average dose of 150 mg.Both courses of treatment were 3 months. Before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were evaluated and the EEG ultra-slow fluctuation analysis(ET)was tested to observe mirtazapine. The efficacy of trazodone in the treatment of depressive disorders is to study the effects of two drugs on neurotransmitters. Results After receiving 3 months of treatment in the mirtazapine and trazodone groups, the results showed that these two drugs have a good effect in the treatment of depressive disorders, but the difference between the two is not very big. From the perspective of the treatment process, the total score of HAMD in the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 month of treatment and 3 months of treatment, the total score of HAMD in the mirtazapine group was lower than that of Qu In the azolidone group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that mirtazapine has a faster onset of treatment for depressive disorders than trazodone. Before treatment, the total HAMA score of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 month of treatment, the total HAMA score of the mirtazapine group was lower than that of the trazodone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment, the total HAMA score of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that mirtazapine has an anxiolytic effect that is faster than trazodone. In neurotransmitter research, overall, the 5-HT and NE values of the two groups of patients before treatment and after 1 month of treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment, mizine The NE relative power ratio of the Ping group was higher than that of the trazodone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that mirtazapine had an effect on the change of NE,while trazodone had a small effect on NE.The measured power and relative power of 5-HT and NE between the two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).With the passage of time, the measured power and power of 5-HT and NE after treatment The relative power values are constantly increasing, suggesting that the changes of neurotransmitters in the brain of patients with depressive disorders are related to 5-HT and NE,and these two drugs have effects on the changes of neurotransmitters. Conclusion Both mirtazapine and trazodone are effective in treating depressive disorders, but the efficacy of the two drugs is not very different.Mirtazapine has a faster onset of antidepressant and anxiolytic effects than trazodone.Compared with before treatment, the measured power and relative power of 5-HT and NE of these two drugs were improved.Among them, mirtazapine had a greater effect on NE than trazodone. In conclusion, mirtazapine has a faster effect on the treatment of depressive disorders than trazodone.
