Objective Investigate the pathophysiological basis ang preventive drug for brain damage induced by kidney heat syndrome..Methods After 380 SD male SP rates were reared for one weak,they were randomly divided into four groups.Mongolian medecine model group :capsicum high dose group,capsicum medium dose group,capsicum low dose group.The western medecine group was mddeled ang administered.Mongolian medicine was successfully divided into three treatment groups.The high-dose components capsicum were:ambergris low dose group,ambergris-5 low dose group,positive group,zhenbao pills low dose groups and model group.The medium-dose components capsicum were:ambergris low dose group,ambergris-5 low dose group,positive group,zhenbao pills low dose groups and model group.The low-dose components capsicum were:ambergris low dose group,ambergris-5 low dose group,positive group,zhenbao pills low dose groups and model group,it is divided into 16 groups.The thyroid adenine component is divided into 6 groups,which are :ambergris low dose group,ambergris-5 low dose group,positive group,zhenbao pills low dose groups and model group.The treatment groups consisited of 20 groups.The mongolian medicine model was administered for three months.After two months of treatment and the western medicine group was modeled and administered.Rats were anesthetized with chloral hydrate and blood was taken from the abdominal aorta.Test serum CAMP/CGMP,Hcy,IL-6,hsCRP,Cys-c,BA,CK-BB,NO,Renin,Ang1,Ang2,DA,ASP,Glu,5-ht,Renin,NO,Ca2+,PCT Take a portion of whole blood for hemorheology.Results 1.Rats in each groups had a significant increase in water consumption compared with black group after gavage,and rats in each groups of pepper and thyroxine tabletls had slower weight gain or wight loss.Bodytemperature increased,heat rate accelerated,and CAMP/CGMPin serum increased significantly compared with the balck group.2.(1)Changes in serum indicators after modeling;Compared with the normal group,IL-6,hs-CRP,Cys-c,BA,CK-BB,Renin,Hcy,Ang1,Ang2 increased significantly in different degrees ni high-dose pepper group,medium-dose pepper group,the low-dose pepper groupand the thyroid group(P<0.05);Compared with the normal group,NO reduce significantly in different degrees ni high-dose pepper group,medium-dose pepper group,the low-dose pepper groupand the thyroid group(P<0.05).(2)Changes in brain tissue centent,Compared with the normal group,Glu,ASP,DA,5-ht,Renin,Ca2+ increased significantly in different degrees ni high-dose pepper group,medium-dose pepper group,the low-dose pepper groupand the thyroid group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group NO reduce significantly in different degrees ni high-dose pepper group,medium-dose pepper group,the low-dose pepper groupand the thyroid group(P<0.05).(3)Cerebrospinal fluid index changes,Compared with the normal group,Cys-c,PCT increased significantly in different degrees ni high-dose pepper group,medium-dose pepper group,the low-dose pepper groupand the thyroid group(P<0.05).3.(1)Changes in serumin dicators after administration,(1)Compared with the normal group;the model group(high dose pills low dose groups(P<0.05);Compared with the model group(theroid),there is no significant difference in the reduction of ambergris low dose group,ambergris-5 low dose group,positive group,zhenbao ambergris,the low dose of ambeergris-5,the low dose of Zhenbao pills,and the positive group were significantly different in different degrees(P<0.05);Compare with the model group(thyroid),the low dose increase of low-flow index(P<0.05);Compare with the model group(high dose of pepper),the low dose of ambergris,the low dose of ambeergris-5,the low dose of Zhenbao pills showed significant differences(P<0.05).Compare with the model group(medium dose of pepper),the low dose of ambergris,the low dose of ambeergris-5,the low dose of Zhenbao pills and positive group showed no significant differences(P>0.05)Compare with the model group(low dose of pepper),the low dose of ambergrisshowed no significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion 1In this experiment,rat models of renal heat syndrome were established with different doses of pepper and thyroxine tablets.The main indicators of the model'success are changes in the appearance of the rat and an increase in serum CAMP/CGMP.2 Statsitical description of the dffects of different doses of pepper on kideney heat sydrome,and the effect of high dose on kidney heat syndrome is more obvious.3 Mongolian medicine ambergris,ambergris-5can improve the appearance and appearance caused by kidney yin deficiency in rats,and it can also improve the changes of serum,brain tissue,cerebrospinal fluid and other indicators.4 Experimental study on the influence of the kidneybrain homology on the brain.Ambergris has a common effect on kidney heat syndrome and brain,and also provides a favorable basis for this study5 Long-term comsumption of peppers can cause inflammatory reactions,such as IL-6,hs-CRP and so on to varying degrees.6 By studying pepper can cause kidney heat syndrome and lead to changes in brain neurotransmitters,protains,renin in the brain and so on.7 It has a good preventive effect on kidney heat syndrome ang brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluidcontent caused by pepper.In conciusion,kidney heat syndrome caused by long-term consumption og peppers causes changes in brain tissue content.Ambergris has a good preventive effect on such changes.
