Objective: The patients with breast cancer and concomitant or secondary primary lung cancer and their prognosis were retrospectively analyzed, and the prognostic factors of patients with breast cancer and concomitant or secondary primary lung cancer were explored. Methods: from May 2009 to January 2018,59 Patients with Breast Cancer and Concomitant or Secondary Primary Lung Cancer were selected and analyzed.According to the time interval of onset, the time type was divided into two groups: simultaneous primary and heterochronous primary. The clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared. The factors influencing the prognosis of the Patients with Breast Cancer and Concomitant or Secondary Primary Lung Cancer were discussed.Spss21.0 software was used for data statistical analysis, kalplan Meier method was used for survival calculation, log rank test was used for single factor,Cox proportional risk regression model was used for multi factor analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: 59 patients were female.59 cases were treated with radical mastectomy,55 cases with lung cancer and 4 cases with chemotherapy.Among them,27 cases were simultaneous double primary cancer,26 cases were radical operation,20 cases were simultaneous operation,6 cases were selective operation,1 case was chemotherapy. There were 32 cases of heterochronous double primary cancer,29 cases of radical operation and 3 cases of chemotherapy.29 cases(49.2%)had the same side of breast cancer and lung cancer,21 cases(35.6%)had family history of cancer,48 cases(81.4%)had amenorrhea. The age of diagnosis(? 2 = 8.278,P = 0.004),menopause(? 2 = 4.114,P = 0.042),ER status(? 2 = 10.277,P = 0.001)and PR status(? 2 = 7.211,P = 0.007)are the influencing factors of the time type of breast cancer. The correlation analysis of the time type of onset showed that the age of diagnosis and the state of ER were independent factors. The older the age of onset and ER negative patients, the more likely the time type is simultaneity. The median overall survival time(OS)was 78.0 months, the 3-year survival rate was 94.0%,and the 5-year survival rate was 63.5%.The time type of onset(? 2 = 8.481,P = 0.004),breast cancer molecular typing(? 2 = 12.559,P = 0.014),breast cancer HER-2(? 2 = 4.985,P = 0.026),breast cancer chemotherapy(? 2 = 5.464,P = 0.019)were the influencing factors of OS.Cox multivariate analysis showed that the type of onset time and molecular typing of breast cancer were independent influencing factors of OS.The survival time of hetero chronous double primary cancer is longer than that of synchronous double primary cancer. The molecular types of breast cancer were luminal a(P = 0.010),luminal B(her-)(P = 0.001),erb B2 positive(P = 0.010),which had longer survival than luminal B(her +),basal like / triple negative.Conclusions:1.The age of breast cancer diagnosis and the state of breast cancer ER are independent factors that affect the type of onset time.2.The time of onset and molecular typing of mammary gland are the independent influencing factors of OS...
