Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of dermoscopy in different level of doctors,we compared the difference in the diagnostic accuracy rate of the visual group and the visual and dermoscopy group in the diagnosis of non-pigmented dermatosis in our department and the difference in the improvement of the diagnostic accuracy rate among each group. Methods:From January 2017-December 2019,we analyzed 480 patients who were diagnosed by histopathology,240 skin lesions from 240 patients were put into visual group,240 skin lesions from 240 patients were put into visual and dermoscopy group,in each group, there were 120 cases from the professor clinics,60 cases from the associate professor clinics,60 cases from the attending doctor clinics. The patients from visual group were made preliminary diagnosis based on visual, while the visual and dermoscopy group were diagnosed based on visual and dermoscopy. All results were compared with final histopathology results, the diagnostic accuracy rate was compared.Using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyzed the date and using chi-square test to compared the scores of different groups,if P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance. Results: 1.Compared the diagnostic accuracy rate of visual group and visual and dermoscopy group.Diagnostic accuracy rate of visual group and visual and dermoscopy group was 62.1% and 78.3%(P<0.05),and the difference has statistical significant. In professor group, diagnostic accuracy rate of visual group and visual and dermoscopy group was 67.5% and 80.8%(P<0.05);In associate professor group, diagnostic accuracy rate of visual group and visual and dermoscopy group was 63.3% and 80.0%(P<0.05);In attending doctor group, diagnostic accuracy rate of visual group and visual and dermoscopy group was 50.0% and 71.7%(P<0.05).2.Compared the diagnostic accuracy rate of doctors with different seniority. In visual group, diagnostic accuracy rate of professor group, associate professor group and attending doctor group was 67.5%,63.3%,50.0%,compared the diagnostic accuracy rate between professor group and attending doctor group,P<0.05.The differences of professor group and associate professor group, associate professor group and attending doctor group have no statistically significant. In visual and dermoscopy group, diagnostic accuracy rate of professor group, associate professor group, attending doctor group was 80.8%,80.0%,71.7%,the difference has no statistical significant.Conclusions:1.Dermoscopy is useful for dermatologists to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of non-pigmented lesions, especially for attending doctors.2.In the visual group, the diagnostic accuracy rate of professor group is higher than attending doctor group, and in the visual and dermoscopy group, there has no statistical significant between different level of doctors.
