Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, risk factors and risk stratification model of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiology. Methods: The clinical data of 633 inpatients with The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2014 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and their clinical characteristics were analyzed.633 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiology of The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2014 to 2018 who were used as the experimental group, and 4,231 patients with non-gastrointestinal bleeding who were hospitalized in the first of cardiology in the same period were used as the control group. The risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in the patients was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression, establishing a risk stratification model in the modeling group and evaluating the predictive value of the model in the validation group. Results: The incidence of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiology was 0.5%.Age,heart rate, albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, platelet levels, the use of aspirin + ticagrelor, warfarin + statins and other drugs were independent risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding death. The cause of most gastrointestinal bleeding is unknown(57.0%,361/633).The main clinical manifestations are melena(53.2%,337/633),vomiting(39.8%,252/633),and bloody stool(12.3 %,78/633).Men,history of coronary heart disease, history of hypertension, history of stroke, systolic blood pressure, hematocrit, plasma albumin and alanine aminotransferase are independent risk factors for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiology. The areas under receiver operating characteristic curves(AUROC)of new scoring system,HAS-BLED and CRUSADE were 0.841,0.557,and 0.791,respectively.Conclusion: The incidence of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiovascular internal medicine is relatively low.The main clinical manifestations are black stool, vomiting, and bloody stool.Male, history of coronary heart disease, history of hypertension, history of stroke, systolic blood pressure, hematocrit, and plasma albumin and alanine aminotransferase are independent risk factors for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to cardiology. The establishment of a new scoring system can well predict the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding, and when the new scoring system scores ?8,clinicians need to be highly vigilant about gastrointestinal bleeding.
