Objective:Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecolpgical malignant tumors worldwhile, which seriously endangers women's health.Infection with human papillomavirus(HPV)(especially high risk HPV)has been recognized as an main factor for the development of cervical cancer. The infection rate of high-risk HPV varies greatly in different contries, nations, religions or by different ages as well as different economic levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the positive rates of different HPV types in cervical cancer patients of different age groups, pathological types, and summarize the distribution of different HPV types in different ages,as well as their influence on pathological types,Hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment and prevention of cervical cancer.Methods:1.Eighty-three cervical cancer patients were enrolled in the department of gynecology. The information of patients' ages, pathological types, and specific types of HPV infection were gain.According to age and pathological type, the positive rates of HPV infection of different types were analyzed.compare HPV positive rates between pairwise groups divided by the same criteria.2.Statistical method: Using SPSS 23.0 software to process and analyze the experimental datas.P<0.05 indicated the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 indicated the difference was highly statistically significant.).Results:Of these patients with cervical cancer, the positive rate of other HPV types(other high-risk HPV infections except for HPV16 and HPV18)in the group of <45 years old was lower than that in the group of >55 years old(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. The HPV16 positive rate of cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was higher than that of cervical adenocarcinoma group(P<0.01),the difference was highly statistically significant. The positive rate of HPV16 in the cervical keratinized squamous cell carcinoma group was higher than that in the cervical adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of HPV18 in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was lower than that in the cervical adenocarcinoma group(P<0.01),the difference was highly statistically significant. The positive rate of HPV18 in the cervical non-keratinized squamous cell carcinoma group was lower than that in the cervical adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of HPV18 combined with other HPV types in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was lower than that in the cervical adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Women over the age of 55 who are positive for other HPV types are more likely to develop cervical cancer than women under the age of 45 who are positive for other HPV types.2.Women with positive HPV16 are more likely to develop cervical squamous cell carcinoma(whether or not keratinized)than cervical adenocarcinoma.Women with positive HPV18 are more likely to develop adenocarcinoma than cervical squamous cell carcinoma and non-keratinized cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Women with positive HPV18 combined with other HPV types are more likely to develop adenocarcinoma than cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
