Objective:To observe the effect of CNS infection on cerebral infarc tion in recovery stage. As a result of the CNS infection and massive cer ebral infarction have some common clinical manifestations, may some C NS infection patients be diagnosed as cerebral infarction or some massi ve cerebral infarction with CNS infection complication be missed in clin ical works.Furthermore,in consideration of common clinical manifestation s and the EEG abnormal levels of cerebral infarction and CNS infection, they need to be identified in clinical work to prevent missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. This article focuses on the analysis of patients with cere bral infarction with CNS infection complication and the application of a ntiviral drugs.Whether there are significant differences in EEG backgrou nd and slow wave before and after treatment with patients with cerebral infarction without central nervous system infection.Methods:1.This observation object 34 patients with cerebral infarction.Accor ding to infarct size and whether the merger central nervous system infe ction packet to be discussed are grouped as follows:massive cerebral inf arction group(MCI group),massive cerebral infarction with central nervou s system infection group(MCI&CNSi group),small cerebral infarction gro up(s CI group),small cerebral infarction with central nervous system infec tion group(s CI&CNSi group). In the meantime patients in this two group s(MCI&CNSi group and s CI&CNSi group)were treated with antivira l drugs.Analysis the EEG variation before and after treatment in each gr oup.2.Analysis of EEG background waveforms:?(alpha wave)?(beta wa ve)?(? wave)?(delta wave)and the power value.Quantify the EEG activity improvement or deterioration before and after treatment.EEG signal frequency domain analysis is based on.FFT(fast Fourier transform).Ac cording to ??????? power value, calculate the EEG slow wave ratio:DTABR{(?+?)/(?+?)} and TAR(?/?).3.Statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical software:measureme nt data are expressed as mean±SD(x±s),data distribution meets normal or approximate normal distribution,LSD multiple analysis will be selected.Significance level is ?=0.05,and P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the four groups of pa tients in terms of gender, age composition ratio, and history of hyperten sion(P>0.05):MCI&CNSi group(n=11),MCI group(n=7),s CI&CNSi grou p(n=11),s CI group(n=5).2.There is no statistically significant difference in DTABR and TA R before treatment between each group(P>0.05).3.There is a statistical difference in DTABR and TAR between thi s two groups:MCI&CNSi group and MCI group(P<0.05).4.The statistical difference(P<0.05)in DTABR and TAR between the MCI group and the s CI&CNSi group and the s CI group after treat ment need further analysis.Conclusions:1.Judging from the EEG results, the patients with MCI and CNS in fection concomitant antiviral treatment will get higher degree of brain fu nction recovery than the patients who with MCI without CNS infection and without antiviral treatment.2.Judging from the EEG results, the patients with s CI and CNS inf ection concomitant antiviral treatment compared with them who with s C I without CNS infection and without antiviral treatment have no statistic al difference.
