Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and heart failure caused by it have become the number one killer of human health due to its rapid onset, high mortality and high latent capacity.Heart type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)with myocardial specificity,in the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction is superior to the traditional myocardial markers, acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in early diagnosis and predicting prognosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),the assessment of myocardial infarction area has important significance.A quantitative detection kit was established based on the detection principle of the heart-type fatty acid binding protein. The test kit USES the visual imaging technology of the colloidal gold to interpret the test results into the value of the gray(GOD),and finally outputs the detection concentration through the calculation formula of the instrument itself. After optimizing the process condition and reaction system, the best detection result is achieved.Through performance evaluation and clinical evaluation,a methodology evaluation of the kit was carried out.Experimental results show that this study has successfully established a quantitative colloidal gold heart type fatty acid binding protein detection: linear range(0-130 ng/m L),correlation coefficient r > 0.975,the accuracy of + /-10% or less, not precision CV 10% or less, clinical samples and test results listed reagents(Beijing nine strong biological)has a good correlation between r > 0.975.The kit is more sensitive and linear than the marketed kit,and it has the advantages of convenience, speed, low cost and stable performance.
